In total Don has initialed 16 crores all India out of which Mumbai is 4.8 crores. It is a complete disaster in the North. Just go through the collections by each and every city. Delhi is much lower than was expected. Only 1.7 crore against 3.8 crore of KANK. There is already a drop in collections in Mumbai too. Regarding overseas collections, from what one hears the movie has been taken off the cinema halls in South Africa and been replaced by Jaaneman. Can't say about UK and US. One would wait for more realiable sources that is BBC and CNBC to come up with the figures. These figures look highly fudged as one can see since just a day back they reported 288K from UK and suddenly it is 1 million 😕 . Indiafm is a marketing partner remember. They inflated the figures for KANK and Krissh also and it turned out to be 50% less than what was actually cited. 16 crore initial in India in the first week, with serious drops across the country, second week is going to be even worse. Now amidst this how ludicrous this claim of 75 crore initial sounds. If they claim to have got 18 crore worldwide (which is also very unlikely) then the total is only 34 crore inital. 🤢 not 75 crore.

The sources of these figures in my post are from film Information. This is the source that Taran Aadarsh and Box Office India use for giving the trade figures. So it can't be off.

well for a movie to get its status at the box office...it depends how much it makes only in india...it could be a super-duper hit outside of india...but if it does only average in india then it will only b stated as an average film...so we hafta see how much it earns in india to see if its super hit or blockbuster

a films verdict is only deterined by how much it earns in India...like I said before if the movie is a super hit overseas...meaing that lotz of ppl liked it and it made lots and lots of money outside of india...but made very little money in India then it will b considered as a flop....because since its an Indian movie only the collections in India determine its box office status...also its the net profit that film earns decides whether its going to be a hit or not...ok i am might got u confused so heres an example:

Lets take Krrish....Overseas Krrish wasnt a super duper hit because every1 in America, UK, Canada and other places had already seen Superman Spiderman and they really didnt like Krrish that much...where as to India all this superhero stuff was new...so in India Krrish earned a total 150 crores. 50 crores was spent on the film....so the net profit was 100 crores....and so Rakesh Roshan kept 50 crores and gave Hrithik 50 crores...so thatz how the whole thing works
