Wouldn't Pankaj inherit the property?

If Akash plans to kill Yash for the property, wouldn't he go for Pankaj first, since he's the eldest son?😕 I fail to understand how Yash would inherit the property with an elder brother, and how Aakash would supposedly inherit the entire property when SP has three sons as his heirs.😳

I think Yash is the only person who strongly objects Aakaash and his mom after knowing the DNA test also, and As per the Precap Aarti also Strongly saying that She will not allow any Storm to enter the house...So Aakaash thinks that If Yash is Out or Dead then No one Will Dare to Stop him to Enter SM and to get the Property from Scindhya...
