Zoya made me cry yesterday, I dont cry on fictional stuff really...
I liked how she started her talk to God, "Tell me why you did this, then HUH" as if looking for conversation, more like young kids do. Her voice was so soft, she sounded more like a 10 year old girl there. I wish Asad heard her, and realize how he made himself paraya..
In the end when she was all determined, I so wanted her to say I wont let any man make me cry, effect me and break me so bad. But then I was like, does she even understand his value in her life, is he really any man. He saved her from worst, he saw her when she probably wanted to hide, he holded her when she needed most to be hold..
I really wanted to punch Asad when he said last sentence about her mother, how can a guy hurt anyone so much. Is he violent person, hell NO!!! He is very protective to his love ones, hate violence and want his life just like he has been living..
I have seen him hurting just two people Rashid(rightly so.. ) , he let him come to hospital, but wouldn't allow to see Dilshaad, why Asad? Why you dont care about his emotions too? Because he doesn;t trust him and doesnt want himself and his closest to be hurt again..
And now Zoya, he is scared she will hurt him too. He is very aware of her presence in himself, now was that anger was on her or himself, for caring for her..
I am not sure about others, but I loved the portrayal of these two so far. Life is complicated for some and they hold so much emotions that it takes time to let it go easily..
Surbhi just nailed it yesterday, she is one beautiful, brilliant actress, I am in complete Awe... She excelled in comedy, emotional scenes so far..
