I felt the same after watching the episode today,...its not revenge. Maybe he felt the he needed to let her go after reading the letter madhu wrote for padmini..or something bigger...but revenge nah...i agree when he announced that he loved her was sudden but everything after that didnt seem fake...infact somehow today his anger and arrogance seemed fake...
