well..i wanted to put well said on the other post where u talked about dempcracy and such.....u really said it once and for all...i hope this stops here...👏👏👏..3 cheers to u

What you said just proves it that being overweight doesn't matter as long as the person is an excellent actor and is not unpleasant-looking or undecent-looking. See I know sanjay dutt is overweight but he still looks good in it, so its ok for him to play movie roles. Cause as I said sometimes being overweight doesn't deter the person from looking good. Possibly if sanjay dutt was new, they wouldn't have accepted him, I don't know. But the fact remains they've accepted him as a lead even though he's fat and he's impressed many.

Also I'm sorry if I came off immature, I already apologized for overreacting and if I was immature please point out my mistakes to me so in future I can rectify it and improve myself.

Sanjay Dutt is a man,who has his biceps.....Men,do not need to look too thin....They are not supposed to,as sonya rightly pointed out Qazi was rejected because he was too thin....Men need to have the right muscle tone, they dont look nice if they are thin(example Qazi),they should be muscular, which sanjay dutt is....Abhishek BAchchan isnt thin,We have Aamir Khan, who is very normal,we have SRK,again he isnt any supermodel....and we have the recent shiney ahuja, who doesnt have a six pack, nor he is too thin....MEN ARE NOT REQUIRED TO LOOK THIN,they should have the right body weight and the right muscles ...

ACtors build bodies, actresses strive to be normal weight,or thin....and sanjay dutt is the hero from late 80's...and during that time, even salman khan didnt have the muscles...It all started somewhere in the late 90's,this bodybuilding...Times change, and demands of the industry change too...Aamir,Salman,Sanjay,SRk all belong to the previous era,and they are established stars.....They established themselves at a time when perfect chseled bodies werent in vogue...they dont need to get any break...Now even if the wonderful Madhuri makes a comeback,I would watch her movie, even if she is obese...But for her to achieve this status, that people would watch her movie irrespective of how she looks, she needed to strive..and in those striving days, had she been obese,no one would have watched her movie,no producer would have signed her...Mona is still in the struggling phase, wherein she's looking for a break......If in future, she goes on to become a legend like madhuri, then even if she is very fat, people would watch her movie.....

Guys please chill down. This is not a debate mansion or a battlegound.

When I saw this topic I knew it was a controversial one just because history and experience tells me that such topics always boil down to ugly drama. I know that the intent was to find what other's thought on something but this was not the section for that besides it ended up becoming a bashing section of one of the contestants on this show. When I used to see this in the past I used ot be optimistic that people would be able to discuss but the case is never that and hence I have to stop this discussion here.

We the dev team have been repeatedly requesting you all to create healthy topics and refrain from creating such topics where people's sentiments are hurt . To prove the point we may not be able to understand the other's sentiments and its only a show so lets not hurt our friends in the bargain and make it personal. So lets stop making such topics as a general rule

I am closing this topic and hopefully this the last of such topics.

Thanks
~Priya
