DTs we respect u n ur every decision! We r nt BLAMING n BASHING ny of the member,cast or DTs we r just asking to answer our queries thats it no offence to nyone! Plz people take tis ina positive way rather creating negativing n trying to make tis topic closed!
Like in our families if we dont find nythng right we talk to our parents n sort out our queries with then its the same thng happening here we just want to have healthy discussion over tis to make thngs clear n fair i hope we cn do tis tis since we all cnsider ourselves one big EHMMBH family rite?

I knw may b DTs didnt hav notice these thngs whch we hav mentioned like tnpic where virman or nishal being bashed r closed very late n secnd one abt sticky posts! So just inorddr to make these points notice to Dts tis topic is made! Its nt made to blame or hurt nyone

its req dnt create negativity here or try to make environment unpleasantful we r just cncern thats why asking

Guys,

If you think any unfair treatment is being done, then you can contact our DT directly via PM. There's Fariha (OnlyHope) and Gunia (|Persephone|)

And, if you see any topic of VirMan or NiShal which you feel is important and needs to be stickied, once again you can PM the two members above ^, with the link and they will do it. Otherwise how will they know?

That's what ViRika fans do as well, to make their important topics be visible, so it's not like the DT is being unfair. May be you only need a way to communicate with them, and they will surely listen to you!

Hello Everyone,

We have read your concerns and we will be careful in the future. However, I will once again ask you guys to give us upto 24 hours to get to topics that need closed. We think that is a very reasonable time request to get to things that need done.

Also, I have said this earlier too, both Fairy and I are in the United States. Due to time zone differences, if a post is being made during the day in India, we probably won't see it till numerous hours later as it is night here and we are both sleeping. However, if a post is made during the day US time, we will probably see it much quicker and respond to it quicker. Also, judging the length of time a 'bashing' topic is open by the number of pages it becomes is not fair. Some jodis have more fans that are ready to jump to their defense and that leads to longer posts than other jodis. If you check the time stamps of the time the topic was made/became a bashing zone to the time we close it, they are always within 24 hours (usually 12 hours actually as that is the time difference).

As far as sticky topics go, I cannot remember any specific jodi topics being stickied for a while. Usual stickies include the updates, any contests or rules/information, and any important threads (ex: informing about a award you should vote in, etc). Another thing, if SBS/SBB segments that our videobie updates are more leaning towards either of the jodi, that is hardly something we can change! If there is something that you guys feel is important and should be stickied, you can PM fairy or I and we will definitely sticky it as long as there is space and we feel it is for the good of everyone on the forum.

Also, in the future, please try to PM us any concerns you may have and try to have a conversation instead of an accusation. We usually respond fairly quickly to everyone
(again within 24 hours). And if you feel that we still haven't been fair and were unsuccessful in assuaging your concerns, you can always PM our CM Resham ( *Resham*).

i made this post because i was confused ki is i m alone feeling this way before sending the pm i must be sure and i wasn't sure so i made this post i guess i m not alone who feels it infact many thinks it agar pm karti toh yeh pata kasie chalta

but in future i will remember this

and about sticky topics no one knew i toh didn't knew ki we have to pm dt's

because i didn't read it anywhere

i understand about timezone but co-incidently it always happens

Unfortunately we cannot change when members post. Like I said, if a post is made during India day time, we are almost guaranteed to be sleeping. Maybe the people making such posts also know this fact?
