Both Kat and Adi are smart enough to understand that they need to move on. Too much of anything leads to stagnation. Thats what happened with the YRF-Rani association few years back.

YRF-Kat were a good combination. They did click at the BO and its a good time to part when they are still successful rather than wait for things to go downhill.
