Gurmeet Choudhary has come a long way in telly world from playing the role of Lord Ram in Ramayana to Maan in Geet--Hui Sabse Parayi and going strong as Yash in Punar Vivah.
...
Icing on the cake for this good looking guy was winning Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. This actor who hails from Bihar is still grounded to where he belongs and is looking forward to go steady in his career. His rugged look is what girls go drooling over.

We ask Gurmeet Chaudhary on a look back at 2012 and he shares, "It was really good and fruitful. I have truly enjoyed the year. Punar Vivah has been a good experience. It has a very meaningful and modern storyline. Youngsters have also connected to it. Then Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has been the icing on the cake. Since its first season, it has been my dream to participate in it. Although I am not a professional as dancer, yet winning it has been the greatest feeling. My fans have made it into a very special year for me."

And hopes for this year? "2013 will also be good. I am a positive person by nature and I believe that if one thinks positive, then it will also happen. It should be upward growth. There should be wider connect with my audience via my work. I believe that it's going to be a happy year."
