Doctors don't care?

It was really odd that Jagdish went to visit Kaka at Ganga's place and then didn't even inquire whether he was feeling alright. The man was clearly unwell. When Jagya came in, I thought he had been called to attend to the patient. Instead, all he did was say he was leaving and leave his contact details. Yes, he pulled up the blanket to cover the man in the end but that didn't really convey what a doctor ought to have done in that situation.
