Desert Heat by TINA!

OMG😲 *Surprised?* even i can't believe I'm actually posting this, but what can i say, there's something about arhi that makes me want to write.😳Missing them so much these days..sigh..😭

The following FF is something i wrote a year ago actually. I am a very private person and out of the 8 stories I've written on Arhi I've only shared two so far (Shameless and Mind Games). The rest have been hibernating in my 'misc ipkknd folder' and read only by me, my sister, and close friends.

A little on how this story came to me: I was standing in Barnes and Noble reading the back of a thriller (of course😆)while my sister was browsing through the historical romance section (which she loves😃). And I couldn't help but notice how India and most of Asia actually was absent. There were lots of books on dukes and duchesses, pirates and cowboys, knights and pharaohs, but nothing set in any place remotely near Asia.

So I wrote this. It is my attempt at historical romance, set in the dry deserts of India. Of course, my characters are original but I saw Arnav and Khushi as playing the leads in my head.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I will post this here on IF or on my blog..or if I will post it at all. It would take a massive response for sure. It would mean a commitment from me too because I would have to edit and rewrite it. But I do love this story and think many of u will too😉

I do have big plans for this FF so I would really appreciate ur support and encouragement (both from old and new friends and readers).

Great concept!
I have read very few historical romances but this one seems really interesting!
The setting is unique and intriguing..
I can't wait to read it!

This sounds absolutely exciting and damn.. hot. LOL. Not even started and I already can feel it! I am excited for it!

PS: I haven't got around to read Mind Games and Shameless yet, but as soon I am done my uni papers I will. Thanks for still Pming me. It means a lot. So sorry for the lack of comments again. I've got too many papers due at once. *sigh. Anyways take care! Can't wait. :)

historical romance..!!! sounds interesting... and with ur words... sure it will...

and never thought u will betray me like this... do u remember...???!!! i got a promise from you long back that 'to consider me as ur relative or friend so that at least i will be permitted to read all ur works...' how can you tina..???!!!😭

please... reconsider ur decision and give life to those stories that r sleeping in that folder... we ll be glad to welcome them too...

anything from you is a treat... so pls dont hesitate to post ur works...

its like a punishment you know...

anyway... im excited about this one now... will be waiting for the 1st part now... (of course im not forgetting shameless... u have 2-3 days now😳)

I was actually surprised that you'd PMed about a new FF ... not that I'm complaining 😆

I just hope that I can keep up with all three, though Shameless is pretty much near the end as far as my understanding goes ... so that'll leave Mind Games and this one to feast our appetites on 😉😉

Tina I love historical romances and I have full faith in your writing capabilities so I am eagerly awaiting the prologue and then the rest of the story... The historical backdrop is an added beauty so bring it on Tina.
