This is officially my favorite AnSh OS ever. If there was a favorites list option available on the Forum, this would be my number #1. It took everything I was thinking vaguely of and gave it such beautiful form. I agree that Anandi needs a jhatka to realize what she feels for Shiv and to leave her fear behind. I also was thinking for a long time that jhatka needs to come in the form of her almost losing Shiv somehow - to illness/accident/fight, etc. But I couldn't come up with any realistic scenarios that would fit in with the story. This is PERFECT, and you mention it so subtly, that it's genius. Of course a fight with Ratan and his goons would be the perfect scenario, and I'm amazed how simple and plausible and spot on the idea is. 👏 I desperately hope it happens.

I also agree completely with your analysis of Anandi's behavior - I've always maintained she left her feelings for Jagdish behind long ago, before Shiv even came into her life. She loves her family, and the moment he hurt them, I think she was done with him. Plus, with all the things he pulled even afterward, her mother's funeral being a case in point, I think she'd rather have died than gone back to him. So the 'echoes' she talks about are not residual feelings for Jagdish, but the abandonment issues she developed because of him. And this puts all it so beautifully.

In fact, I can see it right now - Shiv's in danger, or out of danger and sleeping, and she has a flashback montage of every single one of their moments and every unsaid look and expression and she realizes what it all means. Just like he had one after Ashi told him his perfect woman sounds like Anandi. I could pray for this to happen.

Sorry for the super long comment, but I just love this OS so much, I had to tell you how beautiful and smart it is! I hope it always stays on the front pages until the CV's see it and put it in the show. I know unnecessary commenting to bring topics to the front is not allowed, but if it were, I would comment every day. 😛
