Yash wants Ansh to be with him...
Prashant want his biological son Ansh back...
SP wants his Yash back...
So it was all about each fighting for his son...
Yash wants to make sure that Ansh remains with him and Aarti as they are now the true parents of him and he loves them too...
Prashant wants to win a game against Aarti for she had hurt his EGO - and the slap sort of set his mind working on all that he can do to make her unhappy and removing Ansh from her life would be one sure way of achieving it! It did not matter to him whether Ansh wants it or no - whether he himself wants Ansh or no...but he wants to see the sadness in Aarti's face...or probably feels that would be the last and only way to have Aarti back into his life..as she cannot stay away from her son.
SP on the other hand, wants to see Gayatri happy and reunite her with her son Yash - which is what he says yesterday...he supports Prashant only because he can resort to any method of
sama dana, bheda and danda
meaning Start with conciliation or gentle persuasion (Sama). If that does not help, offer money/material wealth (Dana). If that still does not change the status quo, use threat or cause dissension (Bheda). Use punishment or violence (Danda) to resolve the situation where the previous three fail...
It was all about winning back your son!
What a great scene!
