No its not like that. Jogi used to love both and he used to have a good understanding of both Ichcha and Tapasya unlike Divya and nani who used to support Tapasya even when she did something wrong. He loved Tapasya but he stood by what is right and what is wrong and did not agree with the wrong things Tapasya did. Now that she has turned a good person, Jogi will love her all the most.

jogi loves ichcha more...he treats tappu like step daughter...not like real daughter...he thought if he punishes his daughter he will do justice..but he never realised as a father he failed to understand what his daughter wanted...he has failed as a father...daughters r so close to their fathers..but jogi cant be called a father...hes such a coward..hes angry..why tappu didnt come to meet him...if he can sit nicely at home that his daughter is missing..for 19 yrs...even after being powerful...does he deserve to ask that question...
