I actually love Ayaan for what he is! Crazy, whacked out, and goofy to the core. I love his hair just the way it is. I actually LOVE it when he sheepishly runs his hand through it haphazardly. It just makes him who is is. Totally lovable and yet, carefree. 😳 Asad's polar opposite!

Ayaan is my second least favorite character to watch (First ..least favorite.. is Nuzrat). It's mainly for weak acting skills and screen presence.

As for the hair, I think the length is intentional. They will probably show him with shorter hair... if/when in future he becomes a little bit more mature and responsible. something like what happened in "Main hoon na"..

On different note, I would be terribly disappointed if Ayaan and Zoya get paired (regardless of the reason).
