Baisa tells Savitri that after all the tests are done, she wants her to come stay at the HH. Savitri says that this is her husbands house and she would not like to leave it still Baisa says that she will have to come stay with them as they would like to take care of her while she is carrying Arjun Bhoomi's kid. Shefali does not like it and Savitri does not reply. Savitri then offers them tea but they refuse, Bhoomi thanks Savitri for helping her and they leave.
Shefali comes out of the Kitchen and says that she should not come stay at HH and she handled things well. Shefali tells her that after the tests she should go away somewhere for 4-5 days, as the family members are cleaver and if she comes stays there at HH they make find out that she is fake.
Savitri asks for the money, Shefali says she will get it, then Savitri asks Shefali about her plan, but Shefali does not tell her anything about the plan just tells her she will get her money
Mamaji tells Mansen that he should try to throw Bhoomi out of the HH as because of her now someone else is going to come and stay in HH that surrogate mother, but Mansen says that is not possible. Mamaji then says that it will be difficult to control Yuv. Mansen tells him that he will have to control Yuv. Mamaji says that there is only 1 way to control Yuv and that is to give him the responsibility of Goenka Industries and remove Arjun from there and that would be the only way to control Yuv. Mansen thinks about it. Mamaji thinks to himself that now Mansen has to choose between Arjun and Yuv and he will have to choose Yuv
Arjun takes Baisa and Bhoomi to the restaurant and they discuss about Savitri. Arjun feels that she is a self respecting woman and that is why she refused to come stay at the HH. Baisa feels that once. Baisa is worried about Mansen opposing surrogacy and thinks to convince him in this respect herself.
Next day Bhoomi is getting ready to go to Dr. Sonawala, Shefali comes to her and they talk and Bhoomi says that there will be the press there as well. Shefali gets thinking that if Savitri is shown on TV and someone recognizes her then her plan may fail, she tries to call Savitri but is unable to talk to her. Bhoomi, Arjun, Sid, Shaku and Baisa go to Dr. Sonawala. Shefali is desperate in trying to contact Savitri, but to no avail. A lady walks in covered in Burqa, she passes Shefali then raises the hood, its Savitri. Shefali is surprised and relieved to see her in this way and tells her she did good. Savitri goes inside the dr. office, everyone is surprised to see her in the burqa, she tells them that she does not want any publicity. Baisa tells her that neither do they and she did the right thing.
Dr. Sonawala takes Savitri for some tests, and he informs them about the legal formalities that need to be done. Sid informs him that their lawyers assistant is on the way. Dr. Sonawala comes back and informs them that all the tests were positive and Savitri can become a surrogate mother. Arjun and Bhoomi are happy. The lawyer then stresses that in our country there are no laws regarding surrogacy and the most important point in the agreement is that the kid when delivered will be given to Arjun and Bhoomi, the genetic parrents and the person who has given birth will not have any rights over it. Savitri agrees and says that the kid will belong to Arjunji and Bhoomikaji and she will not have any rights over it and she signs the agreement. Shefali is outside the doctors cabin but looks on through the window and is happy.
