Recap: RK and Madhu deal with crying Maya and RK receives another phone call.

Part Three - The Kidnapping Special Part One

A few days passed as the happy couple spent time with their beautiful baby daughter.

Then one day, RK stood in his room alone speaking to someone on the phone.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" RK screamed into the phone.

"You'll see. You might want to keep an eye on your family, my friend..." the caller let out a low evil chuckle and then hung up the phone.

RK chucked his phone across the room onto his bed. He put his hands to his head and ran his fingers through his hair in his frustrated state.

"RK?" Madhu stood in the doorway to their room.

RK quickly turned and saw her watching him with a worried look. He noticed Maya wasn't in her arms.

"Where's Maya?!" he said frantically.

"RK! Calm down! She's with Bittuji."

"Oh..."

"What's wrong RK?"

"Nothing."

"You throw your phone across the room and then go frantic over me not holding Maya for five seconds. Something's wrong."

RK walked past Madhu and closed their room door. He grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the bed. He made her sit on the edge as she looked at him with a confused expression.

He knelt in front of her and grabbed a hold of her hands.

"I'm about to tell you something...please don't get angry."

"What is it RK?"

"Well, remember those pictures?"

"What pictures? The only pictures I remember are Maya's first day pictures..."

"No, no these pictures were from before Maya. The day we found out you were pregnant..."

"Oh...I don't want to talk abo..."

"Me either, but we need to. It didn't stop after the pictures Madhu..."

"What...?"

"I've been getting phone calls..."

"What kind of phone calls RK..."

"They didn't really mean much until recently."

"What do you mean?!"

"He told me to keep an eye on you and Maya..."

"Who?!"

"I don't know who he is..."

"RK! Why didn't you tell me about this before?!" Madhu pulled her hands free and stood up off the bed.

She placed her face in her palms as tears formed.

RK stood and walked in front of her. He moved her hands from her face but she pulled away again.

"Don't touch me. How could you...why'd you even think about hiding something from me?! I'm your wife now RK! WIFE. Just...I'm getting Maya."

RK watched as Madhu ran out of their room.

A few minutes passed when RK suddenly heard a scream echoing through their house.

He ran out of his room and down the stairs. There sat Madhu on the ground in tears as Bittuji tired to comfort her with tears in his eyes as well.

"What happened?!" RK asked as he stared at them worriedly.

Bittuji looked up to RK with an expression that showed clear fear.

"Maya..." he spoke with a shaken voice.

RK looked around the room and then his eyes widened. He grabbed Bittuji by the collar.

"WHERE'S MAYA? WHERE IS SHE?"

"I d...don't know! I got a phone call and she was in her baby basket and when I returned...s...she wasn't..." Bittuji burst into tears and RK released his collar and stepped back in shock.

Madhu got up and grabbed RK's shirt by the collar. He was too shocked to realize that she was angry until she spoke.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT RK. YOUR FAULT," she screamed into his face and ran up the stairs.

RK fell to his knees and cried his heart out for a minute. Then he realized the kidnapper couldn't have gotten far. He stood and ran full speed out the doors.
