Thanks for putting up an honest and friendly review. Personally, i think QH is a lot different from a lot of shows and it being a romance-family drama, its a pleasant watch.
KSG is a seasoned actor for emotional roles and his finesse is showing . Surbhi is a stunning woman and i think she is an amazing actress. The reason ppl have issues with her is that ppl have some other female characterization in their heads which has nothing to do with either the show or Zoe's character.

Of all the shows out there, i found QH the most engaging. What really attracted me was the balance Gul Khan has found between religion/culture and drama. It's very engaging! It's clearly shown that KSG is an experienced actor! Honestly I don't have that great an opinion on TV actors but KSG stood out!Yes i can see the animosity for Surbhi but i find her nice, engaging and suitable for the role actually!

Agreed. Gul has managed to strike a balance even though i want more flesh to Ayaan's family ( which i hope will come along as the show progresses ). Its engaging and you cannot guess the story!😆I love KSG-Surbhi's pairing because Surbhi is not the quintessential delicate fragile actress that KSG is used to. As Zoe, she comes across as a strong and dynamic woman and complements KSG wonderfully. There is a certain balance of sensitivity and power to their scenes.

KSG has done a wonderful job with the character of Assad Khan. He has even worked hard to learn the Urdu language. Is performance has the hard, stern, serious and no-nonsense Assad you demands an orderly world who has now a muddled and disorganized emotional mess thanks to Zoya is a delight to watch. Right down to the strand of hair that falls down on his forehead and his suits and that relaxing kurta has been imperative in making this character.
He is making our hearts swoon - he's done brilliantly.
