Honestly from what I had heard of Karan Singh Grover and seen of him, i did not think of him as that great an actor.

Obviously i was wrong😛

From all the plastic expressions on TV, KSG is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to acting! I've actually not seen much of QH but after seeing KSG as Asad... well QH has a new fan in me!

Gul Khan has struck gold again and she really is good at casting!

Surbhi is a fairly reasonable actor as well, definitely not bad as people make her out to be! Correct me if i'm wrong, but this is her first show right? How many actors do we know that are good from their first month of acting? Not many.

I do think she has scope to be much better!

Rishab... he's has something risque about him 😆 His character brings in a nice contrast to the storyline. His acting can be better but again I do see potential! And really i find the dude hilarious 😆

What can I say? 4lions is my masochistic muse 😆

Thanks for putting up an honest and friendly review. Personally, i think QH is a lot different from a lot of shows and it being a romance-family drama, its a pleasant watch.

KSG is a seasoned actor for emotional roles and his finesse is showing . Surbhi is a stunning woman and i think she is an amazing actress. The reason ppl have issues with her is that ppl have some other female characterization in their heads which has nothing to do with either the show or Zoe's character.

Of all the shows out there, i found QH the most engaging. What really attracted me was the balance Gul Khan has found between religion/culture and drama. It's very engaging!

It's clearly shown that KSG is an experienced actor! Honestly I don't have that great an opinion on TV actors but KSG stood out!

Yes i can see the animosity for Surbhi but i find her nice, engaging and suitable for the role actually!

Agreed. Gul has managed to strike a balance even though i want more flesh to Ayaan's family ( which i hope will come along as the show progresses ). Its engaging and you cannot guess the story!😆

I love KSG-Surbhi's pairing because Surbhi is not the quintessential delicate fragile actress that KSG is used to. As Zoe, she comes across as a strong and dynamic woman and complements KSG wonderfully. There is a certain balance of sensitivity and power to their scenes.

Oh yes certainly! But you know 4lions is the kind of PH that puts a lot of effort into their story line. A very talented bunch of writers/director/etc.

Yes i found KSG/Surbhi pairing to be ideal. Zoya isn't the typical mellow shy types that we see so much on TV these days. Neither is she that overly bubbly types that makes no mistake. Very relatable.

You know Gul Khan, although QH is essentially a Muslim show, has made the problems and Zoya's difficulties some what universal and something any modern Indian girl goes through.

KSG has done a wonderful job with the character of Assad Khan. He has even worked hard to learn the Urdu language. His performance as the hard, stern, serious and no-nonsense Assad who demands an orderly world who is now a muddled and disorganized emotional mess thanks to Zoya, is a delight to watch. Right down to the strand of hair that falls down on his forehead and his suits and that relaxing kurta has been imperative in making this character.

He is making our hearts swoon - he's done brilliantly.

He is swoon worthy isn't he? ❤️

Yes i must say KSG's mighty pleasing to look at. And he has the acting to match it! He's not just some pretty boy.
