Now, how the hell am ever going to escape my niece and her never ending questions. A fitting update, it beats me why you thought this was not good. It is so in tune with the story, a true fairy tale kind of feel to it elves, magic and love.

One never realizes what they say when they least expect do they, Arnav in his anxiety and eagerness to rid Khushi of her pain put forth his request to Lavanya by letting her know how important she is to her. He let out she was important to him, precious indeed. He cares for way too much and basks in the warmth her faith in him provides, she does feel let down by him for not sharing any information, but he has his reason.

Khushi has no right to feel cheated, she did not share her details with him either, and he is not getting back at her but is handling the situation the best to his ability. I am very thrilled the way this story is progressing so beautifully magical and I am old enough to know it is a story and a fairytale at that but young enough to want such loveliness in the world.

PS - My niece wishes you a Happy New Year, she loves this story.

Holy Goblins and Elves! Arnav is a Prince?! What a complete surprise Saiyu! Call me dumb, but I never could have ever comprehended that Arnav was a Prince!
So that means his sister is a princess and he seeks out to find Khushi for her recovery. But what I didn't understand is, why Arnav goes all out on his own, without protection when he could have had so many guards and servants at his one command? I want you to include this in your next update :)

This chapter was so intriguing, what with elves and fairies and Lavanya! When Arnav mentioned Lavanya, I was so inquisitive as to what she would be portrayed as and why he was calling her, and she turned out to be an Elf! I like Lavanya here, but I somehow feel because of her half human nature, she could have developed feelings for Arnav?

This chapter had so many magical elements to it- Magic and elves and transportation, rather disapparation, and so much more! Love how Arnav mentions Khushi as his importance.

Waiting for the next update to see how things progress! You make me wanna live a fairytale Saiyu! :')

I watched the movie Hobbit a few days back and now the elves, magic, disapparition made an entrance. Arnav calling Khushi precious reminded me of Gollum (slaps her head). On a lighter note Saiyu had you rewatched the Harry Potter series or watched Vampire Diaries, full moon would have brought forth werewolves transitioning. The chapter was good, it fit the concept too.
Lavanya is a half elf; I liked the characterisation of mischief like humans and stoic like the elves. Arnav spoke about discomfort around her, was he referring to her love for him? Then there was this mention of feeling indebted to her, for helping Khushi? This is the beauty of fairy tales, there is so much flexibility in the concept that you can explore it and you did just that.
Arnav cares for Khushi way too much and is aware of her trust and faith in him. Despite it all he hid the truth which makes one wonder why. In the last chapter he sounded like there was no other way, if he wanted Khushi safe and out of it all.
Khushi must be feeling hurt and to some extent betrayed. She fled from her Kingdom due to a deceit by her stepmom and that is when she met Arnav and blindly accepted him. She spent days travelling with him, enduring the strenuous journey; trusted him with the truth of her identity, even felt miserable and repentant about not disclosing it earlier, to only learn he had extracted information from her, all the while hiding a lot of truths. Yet the manner in which he accepted the fact did not depict any guilt from his end.

I don't know why you don't like this update...Don't be so mean to FT okay ??
This is my favorite story and this update was not bad like you keep saying ...

There's an elf ! Ther'e's Lavanya :D
First let Lavanya be good !
Next please don't break her heart ... :(

They finally reached his kingdom !!
And Khushi finally found out he's a prince ! Of course he is...Prince Charming Only more charming than him !!
And she finally asked him what the prophecy was? And she''ll know When she sees his twin ?? I'm so curious !!

Why would it be awkward around Lavanya for him ? Is it because they have a past or because of Khushi ?
when Arnav decided to call Lavanya, he said to hell woth her discomfort...whose discomfort ? Is it uncomfortable for her if he called her on full moons? why?
But still he decided to call her. Khushi was priority !!

He introduced her as Khushi to Lavanya and she immediately recognised her...She definitely thinks he's brought her for sacrificing ... I guess all of the kingdom probably knows about Khushi...If he goes around introducing her to people then is it safe for her??
would he be there all the time to save her ? Knowing Khushi what if she willingly went and sacrificed herself?

I can't wait for the next update !

Saiyyu, I am finally here!

Reading FT always makes me smile, it warms my heart. Such a charming love story; and whenever I am sad or cynical, it reinforces my faith in the goodness of men.

I love fairy tales anyway, and a fairy tale with my favourite couple is just perfect. It is so dreamy and perfect, yet so real and raw in emotions. Khushi is so very plain hearted, yet she can pull off a sword fight. Arnav is all male – hot and strong, yet he has such a tender heart. All these beautiful contradictions make this story so amazingly beautiful : )

For Chapter 10:

I always feel bad for Lavanya, unrequited love is so painful, and to have to live with it is terrible. Please give her a happy ending later ?

I always had this nagging feeling that Arnav would be a Prince. It is a fairy tale, it is only fair that our wonderful princess ends up with her prince charming ! But I especially loved the elf-twist. Lavanya's human-elf thing even better – we get to see the best and the worst of both. You have explored that aspect beautifully so far, and would love to see you continue that. But I don't think Khushi is justified is she is upset with Arnav about not revealing the truth; she has been in his position and knows how difficult it is. She even lied, while Arnav cannot be accused of that crime.

A magical setting helps you sit back and look at all human emotions in a different light, and appreciate the wonders of just being human. That is one of the reason I love the Harry Potter series. Also LOTR and The Hobbit, but I am an HP fan forever.

Also, I think this story also reflects what a wonderful, positive and plain-hearted person you are, not everyone can write a fairy tale with such flair. *bear hug*

Happy New Year, Saiyyu !
