You know there was something mentioned about Dilshad and Rashid in another post and I just wrote about them there and came back and had to share what I shared over there here but with a couple more things added.

To be honest, I am kind of sad that Dilshad is not standing her ground and being softer toward Rashid. I know he may seem like he is a man being suppressed by the people he lives with and societal norms but I really beg to differ.

Rashid clearly made a choice 17 years ago and that is the life he is living today. I think he needs to man up and live with his decision no matter how much he regrets what he did in the past. I agree and understand that as we grow and age and we evolve and become new people with a different thinking and new priorities but that does not mean that mistakes you have made in the past are wiped out and you could change your mind every flying second. That's life. You make a choice and you have to live with it. Life barely ever gives anyone second chances and why should Rashid get one. He abandoned his wife and kids just so he could live a life of luxury and comfort without ever looking back to see how they were managing on their own and how many problems they were having to face on a daily basis. Why does he want Asad and Najma to have any sort of a relationship with him and give him regards of being their father. Just because he is their biological father is not a reason enough. Being a father does not mean you simply help in the process of making a kid and the run off for your own comforts, it's being with your kids every step of the way be it for the best or the worst. It doesn't matter if you don't live life where you receive the best of things but where you have one of the basic human need which is the feeling of love! The feeling that we are accepted by those around us and have love with in our lives. Yes, materialistic things give us pleasure but one day your quest for wanting things will be over or may never be over but your quest for love will always remain and is something which never fades away.

Rashid can not just leave Shireen now that he does not feel he is happy with her and realizes that his true love is Dilshad and wants to go with him. What if one day he realizes that he does not love Dilshad anymore and wants Shireen in his life because that is the person who he has always wanted in life. We as people always seem desire what is not within our reach and I think this is extremely true with Rashid. I really hope Dilshad stands her ground and does not give Rashid her time of a day because if he can do it once to you and now to another woman what makes you think he will not repeat his mistake again. Asad is right when he says that Rashid can never be faithful to anyone. He has 3 kids with Shireen and all of a sudden he doesn't want to be with her revive his past flame. I think that is disgusting and he needs a reality check.

From all the information we have Rashid desert Dilshad 17yrs back...we know Ayaan is 22 yrs old ( Razia mentioned it) so he was around 5 yrs old when they all got separated. It means Asad, Ayaan, Nikhat and Najma all lived together under the same roof...now if you think...Rashid was active with both the women... it is very disturbing. I just don't like this man and you are so right about women taking back unfaithful partners ...its a true fact everywhere...it happens everywhere in the world...I see women doing that very frequently in the shelter...it's a whole different matter...there are many reasons behind it.
