"I'm really happy that after Talaash and 3 Idiots even Kareena-Aamir Jodi has become a hit pair," she added.

Actress Kareena Kapoor calls actor Aamir Khan a living legend.

"Aamir is a living legend. He has a beautiful mind and he definitely is one of the finest actors of all time," Kareena said during India's Prime Icon programme aired on Big CBS Prime.

The actor is competing with the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar, AR Rahman and Narendra Modi for the title of India's Prime Icon.

Kareena's elder sister Karisma Kapoor, who has worked with Aamir in Raja Hindustani, also heaped praise at the actor.

"Aamir is most definitely an icon and a true legend. He is always up to something new and different. I've had the opportunity of working with him in iconic films like Raja Hindustani and Andaaz Apna Apna," Karisma said.

"I'm really happy that after Talaash and 3 Idiots even Kareena-Aamir Jodi has become a hit pair," she added.

The word legend is used too easily nowadays. Earlier it would take decades of hardwork to earn that adjective. IMHO Khans have a long way to go. They're all getting there but it is not fair to call them legends right now.

I was going through write ups on yesteryear legends' contribution to cinema and was surprised to see their range and sheer longevity. Whereas we nowadays start calling anyone legend after he/she completes a decade in his/her field!

Kareena always uses exaggerated words for all co stars. He's God, he's king, he's legend..blah blah. Does she realise how long and how much it took for Raj Kapoor to earn the title of a legend?

yah I remember she said about Aamir Khan he is God of acting and during Ra1 promotion Srk tease her regarding this remarks

She's giving production houses the notion that we are hit couple, you guys (should) can cast us in future.
