Hirani's P.K. With Aamir Starts On 1st feb

After weeks and months of speculation around P.K., we bring you an exclusive around the film. The Rajkumar Hirani affair goes on floors on 1st February in an extended schedule that would involve both Aamir Khan andAnushka Sharma.

"Now that Aamir Khan is through with Talaash, he is bringing all his energy into P.K.. He is all set to focus for an extended time period on P.K. though he would also be juggling his dates for Dhoom:3 which is still in progress. On the other hand Anushka Sharma has also sorted out her plans. While she was busy with Jab Tak Hai Jaan till Diwali and has now been promoting Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola extensively, she would be free a fortnight after the film's release. Immediately after that she heads for P.K.. The duo gets together on 1st February", confirms our source.

While Aamir is working with Anushka for the first time, the young woman is especially happy about being seen alongside her, especially after working with his 'bhanja' in 'Matru…'. Though Aamir has not yet disclosed his plans other than these two films, Anushka would also be beginning work on Bombay Velvetwhere she is paired with Ranbir Kapoor.

"I know that I have to work my a$$ off", says Anushka, "To be with an actor like Aamir with whom I have never worked before and then a great director like Hirani, it is indeed a big deal. I am looking forward to 1st February."

As per insiders, the film would be shot extensively in Delhi as well as select locations in Rajasthan.
