Bollywood celebrating 9cr opening....Too much PR
Why are the grandkids so PG here
I hardly know him. I even don't understand his words. All I know is that we share a common feeling of pain and that pain is somehow bearable when I am near him.
For the next few days, she tried to be normal. She showed as if nothing existed between them. That his presence meant nothing to her, but her inner turmoil surged as the days passed by.
I can still feel those eyes staring at me with the same intensity. The pain in those eyes is still haunting me. No matter where I go, no matter what I do I can't be alone with myself anymore, as he is becoming a part of my existence.
She closed her eyes for a while and then started walking again, on the lonely road. It was late in night and she failed to find any taxi. She walked hastily but the feeling of being watched was still there.
She turned around feeling that he was there but to her disappointment there was no one there.
She closed her eyes and pressed her back against the tree, on the nearby foot path.
Why I feel that your eyes are following me everywhere? She opened her eyes again when she felt his heated gaze on her. But again there was no one. She slumped on the ground helplessly. They had met only once but still she couldn't go far from him.
My feelings for him are just like a silent cry that is buried deep down my heart. She thought and gathered herself again and started to walk on the deep dark road.
Some boys started circling on the bike around her. Her hand immediately went inside her back to grip the pepper spray. She was not among those who would cry or give up in any situation. She was a fighter.
Before she could make a single move, she saw someone standing in front of her. He was hiding her behind his body as if he didn't want those lustful eyes to see her.
He raised his hand and warned them. His one glare was enough to send a chill down their spines. They simply started their bikes and ran from there.
"I don't need your help." She said.
He turned around but his fuming eyes scared her. Involuntarily, she walked back. He closed his eyes to calm himself
"I told you earlier that you may not need my help but I am in a dire need of yours." He said.
"I don't understand you. Whatever you say doesn't make any sense to me?" She was confused.
"It's not necessary that everything should make sense." He countered.
"Yes nothing is making sense anymore. How did you know I was here? How did you know that I was in danger?" She could now understand that feeling of being watched. She could realize why she felt his gaze on her.
"It means you were following me? It means each time when I felt you were watching me, you were actually there."
Thunder bolted across the dark sky.
The sky had to pour its pain right now. Wasn't the pain in his heart enough? He thought as he looked up in the sky.
"It's about to rain. Come, I will drop you." He tried to keep his voice calm.
"I need my answer," She told him adamantly.
"Let's go," He held her hand but she jerked it instantly. She didn't seem to hear him anymore.
The rain started pouring from the sky and she was back to her senses once the water drop fell on her skin. Her expressions changed drastically as she could only feel the burning sensation on her skin, due to those tiny drops that seemed to burn her to the core.
"I hate rain." She took a few steps back while her eyes were scanning around, to find some shelter.
"It's burning me. I hate rain." She could no longer hold back and broke down in front of him.
"I can't love it anymore. It gives me pain. It rained that day. I can't tolerate it. It's burning me," She sobbed, wrapping her arms around herself.
She cried in pain. He was astonished to see her so helpless. She had been so brave and projected herself totally composed.
A few minutes back she was not even afraid of those goons. But now merely a few drops of rain had frightened her. He closed the gap between them and hugged her tightly as if securing her from everything in the world.
"Shh," He tried to sooth her
She couldn't fight their proximity as her concentration was on the pain that was. Musky fragrance of his cologne and soothing warmth of his embrace was transferring her, into an unknown world, where things were not that painful.
They stood there holding each other for long time, while the rain drenched them. She was definitely in some other world, where everything was calm and serene.
"Is it still hurting?" A hoarse whisper came from his mouth
She didn't answer but clutched his shirt tightly and buried her head in his chest. He placed a kiss on her forehead and parted to see her face where so many emotions were showing.
"Feeling emptiness is what I am left with, when you are not in my arms. I feel emptiness in my soul. I felt insecure, when I see you walking alone from the office. Yes, I was following you. I follow you each day to make sure that you reach your home safely. And believe me it was never because you needed it but only because it was my own need." He told her
Oh God I hate the word alone. I can't leave you alone. You are not alone. His mind screamed
He knew he had no right but still something provoked him to do something to erase that pain. Not only because she needed but also because he needed it. He kissed her eyes, one by one, shutting them in process.
Then he moved down to her cheeks and traced his lips from one cheek to another, then to her jaw as if he was memorizing her face.
"Is it still hurting?" He asked again
She cried and hugged him.
"Is it still hurting?"
It was not hurting any more, not in his presence. She nodded her head a little but they both knew it was a lie.
There is something different about the way you hold me like every inch of my soul is owned by you. She thought and in that one moment another barrier was broken and she knew he meant more for her, more than she had assumed.
Everything seemed to blur when he held her in his arms. Her past, her pain, her vow, everything, she felt like she had lived a life in his embrace.
"You made me do what I never thought possible. I shed those tears, when you took me into your arms for the first time. Even I don't know why I did that. You don't know anything about me but still you are affecting me. This is not supposed to happen. This should not be happening. You don't know anything about me." She said but didn't realize that love is capable of changing everything and can unlock the doors whose existence is even unknown to you.
