priya di bapuji mentioned that he doesn't care if family members will find out about his fake heart attack because he think that he did if for the sake of the family! sneha says the same to daya that bapuji did the fake heart attack due to bringing unity in family, but it didn't work. So it wouldn't be use of sneha talking to bapuji, as he is very stubborn and adamant on his decision
