I dont think it is about jealousy, it looks like purvi and arjun are trying to convince the doc to continue his treatment for Ovi..

Arjun will have a rude awakening for what pain he has put his wife Ovi thru and here this cheating ex lover has moved on...Onir keeps calling Ovi names which is ignorantce on his part..He himself will feel sucker the day he finds out how Purvi duped him too just like she duped Arjun...How many lives has she destroyed..

I don't think Arjun looks Jealous..He has this lovified look, that's all..
