She is alone & needs a husband, & definitely a rich one. So Brijesh fits perfectly for her needs. she doesn't want anyone to come in her way, that's why she is throwing everyone out slowly, & later she won't have to share the property also with anyone else. SO she is definitely mentally ILL.

Jiji might be mentally ill, since she is studying human Psyc and also would want some money cuz she's alone..

but i really do think that she's crzy

Jiji is a psycho. who cann not see anyones else's happiness. She always stikes when there is happy occasion in Brijesh's family using tara as her weapon. She is definately after Brijesh's prorperty.
