~Part 3~
Khushi and Arnav had to attend business party which was two hour drive from their city. Akash stayed at the office to fulfill documentation requirements and Khushi accompanied Arnav at the party.
There was only silence that prevailed in the car. There was only pain that was surrounding them. Both of them didn't speak a word but yet their silence spoke unsaid pain.
Pain I try hard to disguise
Yet I find myself drowning endlessly
Is it possible for you to understand?

Rahul, business associate of RI was delighted to see Arnav Singh Raizada in his party and then spell bounded to see the beautiful girl accompanying him.
As soon as Arnav introduced her, he immediately took Khushi 's hand in his grasp.
"Hi Ms Khushi, It's a pleasure to meet you," Rahul looked at Khushi meaningfully and his hand lingered on her hand which didn't go unobserved by Arnav.
The sight in front of him was simply intolerable for him. His eyes grew red with fury and he was about to knock off Rahul when he left Khushi's hand, with a sly smile on his lips.
Rahul guided them to their table and left them alone while his mind was busy in making plan how to seduce Khushi.
"Stay away from him." Arnav told her in a cold tone as soon as Rahul left.
"What?" Khushi asked fumingly.
"I said, stay away from him. Can't you see what he is up?" He tried to keep his voice low and calm.
"Yeah, I can surely see that, I am not a sixteen year old girl, who doesn't realize what can be the real intentions of such men. And let me tell you, it's not new for me. I can surely take care of myself, Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada. Girls have to undergo such situations and I know how to face it alone,"
Her world "alone" was somehow more painful, because she had been distant, alone and cold since morning, like she was trying to hide her inner pain from him.
As the party progressed, Arnav got busy as so many people were surrounding him. Khushi went towards the bar to get herself a soft drink. Rahul has been waiting for the moment when he would find her alone, without Arnav. He winked at the waiter who mixed something in her drink, before handling it to Khushi.
"Khushi, it's been a pleasure to meet you. Beauty with the brains, a very rare combination I must say." Rahul tried to flirt while Khushi didn't reply and just preferred to ignore him.
Arnav's eyes fell on Rahul who was gazing Khushi lustfully, he clenched his fists and grabbed one drink and gulped it in one go. He took another drink and kept his gaze fixed on them while he was talking to one of his client.
"I know Arnav has a lot of money and all, but you can always try me as a second option." Rahul winked at Khushi.
"Trust me, Arnav won't even know it." He placed his one hand on her shoulder. No emotion showed on her face
"I really doubt that Mr. Rahul and I think if Arnav comes to know about all this, then you can be in a deep trouble." Her voice was low but alarming.
Arnav couldn't take it anymore when his eyes fell on Rahul's hand, which was placed on her shoulder. Excessive drinks were taking their toll on him as he angrily walked towards them.
Rahul had just removed his hand from her shoulder when Arnav held him by collar and jerked him away.
"Mr. Arnav, I am sorry, actually.." Arnav raised his finger, indicating him to shut his mouth.
"I am cancelling every contract with your company." Arnav said.
"But,"
"And Mr. Rahul I would make sure that no one is interested to deal with you in future," Arnav was no way near stopping.
"But," Rahul tried to say something.
"And I will make sure that even after you are reincarnated three times, no one would be interested in working with you." Arnav said
"But,"
"And one more word from your mouth, then I will make sure that you beg on the streets, right now." Arnav told him decisively.
Baffled, Rahul glanced at Khushi and then Arnav as he failed to understand possessiveness of Arnav, over this beautiful young lady.
"Arnav," Khushi was about to stop him but Arnav was not in the mood of listening to anyone.
"Let's go," He spat and when there was no movement from Khushi side he simply grabbed her arm and took her out of the party.
"Leave me, I am not 16 year old girl, whom you can guide or have to protect. I can take care of myself. I would have managed him. There was no need to intertwine. I don't need help." Khushi yelled.
Arnav stopped near the car and banged his hand on the roof top
"I know dammit, I know, you don't need any help but I have already told you that I am in a dire need of your help. I Arnav Singh Raizada, need your help." His voice was full of frustration and helplessness
"You need my help for what?" She asked him, not being able to understand why would a person like him, would need her help.
"I wish I could tell you." A severe pain crossed his face as he uttered those words but the next moment his expressions changed drastically.
"Get in the car," His was commanding now.
"No, I am not coming with you. I can take my own decisions." Her head started spinning since that drink was doing its work now. She was about to collapse when he held her tightly and scooped her in his arms.
"Khushi !" He patted her cheeks
"I think that drink'" She mumbled as he placed her in the car and came around to sit behind the wheel but then realized it won't be wise to take her back home in that condition and he was also drunk more than usual.
Oh God it's raining heavily. It is better to take her to my farmhouse. It's just a 10 minute drive from here. He thought and turned the car towards the farmhouse.
She was almost half conscious. She heard someone opening the door and then he carried her in his arms and started to walk. But where and why???????
She opened her eyes and realized he had just opened the door of bedroom and headed towards the bed. Her grip tightened around his neck.
"Leave me," She mumbled.
"I said, leave me," She yelled at him but he didn't seem to listen to her.
He placed her on the bed and she sighed in relief as he turned to move away from her. She was lying with her eyes closed, but the fear to be alone with a stranger was making her restless.
He doesn't mean to take advantage of me. He doesn't seem to be like that. He just left me alone and went outside. She tried to sooth herself but to her dismay, she was utterly wrong. The door of the room flew open and he entered the room again and made his way towards the bed.
She lazily opened her eyes and tried to move back when her head hit the board of the bed.
His gaze scrolled down her from her eyes, to her mouth and then downwards. He took a deep breath and covered the distance between them.
"Khushi," His voice was plain not giving hint of what exactly was going in his mind.
I just met him and how such brief meeting can guarantee anything when my own blood relations left me alone to face this world? She thought as she tried to think about some way to escape him.
He placed his hand behind her nape to support her and made her sit comfortable. She lifted her head to look at him. Her honey brown eyes were full of questions and doubts. Whereas his eyes were deep and dark, not giving hint of his intentions.
Thunder bolted the sky and huge gush of wind blew in through the window, causing her hair to ruffle. He slowly lifted his hand and removed locks of hair, covering her eyes.
Another turtling sound of lightening and his breathing got little ragged.
Why he is staring me like this? Is it lust in his dark noxious eyes? How would I fight him? She has not learnt to give up easily and here she was caught up in a situation, where she was on the mercy of a stranger. Her life betrayed her, her destiny betrayed her and her own relations betrayed her.
Will this stranger also betray me just like my fate betrayed me. Especially when I am in such a vulnerable condition all at his mercy? So many questions were nagging her mind when she felt his hand on removing the palo of her saree.
