Either you take a picture on the internet you copy and you stick on India forum

Either you take a picture of your computer screen when you watch a video of PV you went on Paint

and you stick the picture of the screen and you select the video image.

but for that you have to post your pictures on the net.

I hope you understand is not easy.

If the pictures are already online, you can right click them, then click copy. Then you can paste them when you're posting them.

I think print screening will help..go to full screen and print screen then crop using paint. I'm not a pro techy so that's what I do😆.
