Why did DD suggest Nidhi's name?

I hope DD is not of the nature to mix up personal and professional life. But I feel that a situation should arise that both Ashu and Nidhi are nominated for the conference and then memoirs of previous conference and clarification from both, Lost in love, naino ki bhasha, back home with strong bonding and better understanding.
