actor is perfectly alright. In fact, this handsome hunk is back on the sets of Zee TV's Punar Vivah today (12 December 2012).
On Sunday (9 December 2012), Gurmeet suddenly felt a pain in his chest and back while shooting for his show after which he was rushed to nearby hospital. It was suspected that he had a cardiac attack, but it later turned out to be a back spasm and the actor was advised rest.
However, this small screen Salman Khan is back on his feet now after a two day rest and his beautiful wife Debina Bonnerjee confirmed the same. "It's been seven months that he has been dancing, shooting and gyming without a break. That is why it took a toll on his health. But, he is perfectly all right now and back on sets today."
But, she also mentioned that the doctors have advised Gurmeet not to dance for a while. "He needs rest but since, he is doing a daily soap, that's not possible but he won't be taking up extra work for now. In fact, he even declined a few award offers in which he was asked to perform."
When we tried contacting Gurmeet, he remained unavailable for comment.
