I totally agree with this part 👏 I have pointed this out in this forum before too. I have seen how these actors reacted if fans discussed their personal lives especially the fury over negative remarks. Now they are throwing their personal lives right on our face. These actors are showing double standards in my opinion ! 🥱

Thanks and I agree all are hypocrites

Hey...nice post but I have to disagree with you.

Three things that I have to clear out:

1) This show is not reality, it's fiction...with just minor references to their real life. For example, Pooja will date raj but how and why would be totally different. Same is with Karan-Kritika story...and everyone else. Some are not even portraying their ownselves. So I would suggest you to look at this show as a fiction rather than autobiography. And so the question of them sharing their personal life and being double standard is well completely, baseless.

2) I don't agree that the stories told are one sided. Maybe true for Karan-Kritika, but for others...I feel there is clear indication on what the other character is feeling. Let's take Raj-Swati...we know why Swati was mad at Raj. Sure raj doesn't know, but we are seeing their relationship from third person's view rather than from Raj's eye...so I feel it is balanced. I can see where Swati was coming from when she was angry with Raj.

Also like I said, the story is said from third person's perspective...that is Rohan and Samay (the narrator), and not from the lens of the actors...so it gives pretty clear indication to look at both sides equally in most cases.

Another thing to note is that the story has just started. It takes time for a story to move forward...for us to understand the characters. If you know the characters in just one day, what's the point of that character in the show? The real fun begins when you see a new shade of the characters every day...and they GROW as the story progresses...they become better individuals and learn from their mistakes.

3) Also if these celebrities ban someone, then it is not usually because they are criticizing but because they are BASHING. You wouldn't like if someone would use curse words to you...then why should celebs? They are humans, afterall.

So yaa that's just my two cents.

hi dear...I respect your POV...and as per your words you told us to take it as a mere fiction rather than real incidents...Then why For God's sake was this show ptomoted and promised to depict Actors personal Libes (tho its from another persin's perspective)...and if this was just a mere fiction the whats the difference btw Mkap and the serial,Kmh and the serial or Navya and the serial...If this is a fiction then its just another Mkap with modern pratigya,another Kmh showing Arjuhi's breakup(tjo here its karanika) n another navya wid an abs different navya...No offence just my pov! :)

@ArjaAddict: No offence taken yaar😳

As for why they were promoting it as reality? Well because that is the premise of their show. They are showing the life behind the sets...but it is not necessary that the same thing occurred between the stars played in this show, or these stars are playing that character. What this show is trying to show is that actors aren't perfect like their fans make them to...they are just regular, normal humans like us...who make mistakes and learn from them. They are as imperfect as you can imagine. They are showing the struggle to survive in this industry and to what extent some actors can go for that, to what extent can some actors have patience to last in this industry.It gives us look on how actors behave to every-day, normal stuff since their life is connected to the glamour world. So it's fiction but references taken from real life. Like fashion (the movie) to some extent?

As for difference between pratigya and pooja, navya and soumya...do you think pratigya's character and pooja's character in this show is same? If not, then that speaks for itself what the difference is. It's not necessary that all fiction shows have same concept of a bahu, wife struggling in her in-laws. At least that is not how it was when I learnt about fiction. It's writer's imagination and that has no limitations. So here it's not the question of right or wrong but if you like it or not. And if you don't, that's fine too.

And it's about perspective. I don't see this show as something that ruins the image of actors after portraying the perfect bahu or perfect prince charming. It's more of a story where actors are humans to me, make mistakes and learn from them. It helps me to connect with the character more than some idealistic behaviors...especially in today's era where no one is perfect in the ideal sense. And I truly believe, "perfect hona zaruri nahi hai, but real hona bahut important hain" ☺️😳
