We all see a gang of negative preachers on the Forum who are always using the word Mahaan to belittle, ridicule and be disrespectful towards Anandi and whatever she does, good or bad. In fact there is a competition between them as to who can outdo the other. Now they have started even bashing up Shiv. In the midst of this you also have done a poll on Mahaanta. More grist to their mill. 😔

- Nor does Shiv's one night of driving to bail out J nor trying to donate Anandi to J to reunite her family and make DS happy. Yes. There is also his "unconditional" love for Anandi... but, truly "unconditional" love is reason to consider anybody Mahaan?😳 This is not a DISS on Shiv, but for me that does not make him Mahaan! As for bailing J, while it comes from a pure place...its not like J's a threat to him. Anandi's choice is EXPLICIT now and he hopefully now knows not to share laptops without passwords!

- Bhairon is a great father really? Telling your kid, he's wrong constantly without showing him the right path and bowing down to your mother's spoiling of said child... does not make him a good father in my book!

- Sumi is the same. She failed J not today but, yesterday when he needed proper guidance and instead got forgiveness galore from DS.

- Anandi - I don't know if she is Mahaan, but here life experience has been the worst... despite that she did not give up and forgave those who wronged her. Its not just the bullet. Its the 1001 ways DS destroyed her childhood...to which all of the adults in her life except Gehna were culpable (Basant, Bhairon, Khazan, Bhago, and Sumi). Despite that she has never given them a MUH TODH jawab even though they so rightly deserve it. Knowing the "legal" truth about JG's relationship, she did not throw it in G's face despite G's constant bakbak about her "legal" status. Even her acquiescence to and then acceptance of marriage with Shiv is a testament to her great character... how many of us would agree to marry someone just to make a dead soul (even a parent's) happy and then to forge ahead and honor that rishta! Yes. Shiv makes it easy, but nobody's heart is ever that open especially when its been scarred as much as A's after a 18 year rishta. Last, but not least forgiving J... all he did to her in past and present and with not even a speck of ill, praying for his return to his family for the family's sake.
