Jassi or Betty Jaisi koi nahin!!!!

I thought that since Ugly Betty will premiere tomorrow and I havn't be to this discussion forum since the show ended, how many of you are still missing JJKN? For once, India beat out Hollywood for something, and that was the famous Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin that we all loved, adored, hated, cried for. Now Hollywood is coming out with the english version of Jassi, Ugly Betty, and I wanted to know how many of you are willing to watch this version.

I know that I still won't be the same thing since our Jassi, Armaan, Maddy, Malika, Nandu, and even Raj won't be in this one, but it will remind us of all the characters that we all fell in love with soo deeply!!!!!

I have been waiting for Ugly Betty to premiere and tomorrow is that lucky day. I think this is an ABC presentation though Salma Hayek is producing the show, but in Canada the show will be aired on CityTV. For the rest of the world, well look in your local listings, and do watch it and then we can all have a discussion of our thoughts about Ugly Betty compared to the first episode of Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin!!!!!

What channel does it come on? I havn't even heard of it!!! I really want to watch it! Please tell me what channel, day, and time it come on. 😃

Its going to be aired on ABC channel 7 NY/NJ/ Connecticut.
I have no idea about Canadian broadcast timings.

In response to mermaid, yes I have seen the actor that is suppose to play Armaan and I agree, eewwwwww!!!!! But I still want to watch it to see how similar and or different the first episode will be compared to Jassi!!!!!

Oh and in response to harleen, it will be aired on both ABC, Canada gets the channel so it should be on at the same time, if not, then watch it on CityTv. If you live in Calgary then I can tell you that they will be aired on channels 5 and 8. Any other Canadian city, then I'm sorry you'll have to check your tv guide!!!!!

For those who don't want to watch it, then it's completely your decision. No one is forcing you! I suggested this for all the die hard JJKN fans and want a vibe of their favourite show and they're favourite character in a whole different way and in a different language!!!!!

So it's one tonight, and hope to hear from many of you after watching the show!!!!!😉

ohh u mean the original version i have read the original version n it was having a far better story line sony ppl had gone mad n they dragged it n lost viewers(like me) n sopilt the show

say ugly betty yesterday and it was nice ,here armando is already good freinds with betty and is not that arrogant as shown in the indian version. The story too is different btw was yesterday the first episode or did it start long back
