So, did Manvi really faint and Virat just misunderstood the situation, or did she pretend to faint for publicity? That entire part just confused me.

I also thought that Manvi really fainted but when Virat came home in pursue he found her playing with Shlok. Then that phone call on Manvi's mobile by Sujit was something different congratulating Manvi for faking her faint. Something sinister is cooking up and Sujit and that lady oops forgot her name are behind it and hell bend onto creating the differences btw Virman and I will say Karan n that Jaiswal are behind it . I will keep on saying this till this track is finished and the culprits brought to justice.
