Brijesh Living Room
Nahar shocked asks why is she lying Saloni? But Brijesh says no more ques and now I will keep my father's promise at any cost. Pia crying goes.
Nahar Room
Saloni tells Nahar that Pia lied becoz she got scared of Bhaisa. She loves Sridhar a lot and if we talk to Bhaisa and explain that its a ques of Pia's life. Nahar replies that Bhaisa regards Babasaheb like God & he had spent more time with him, he has memories of them and he values the promise so deeply that he rather die than not live up to it. Nahar says that at least he got a feeling that Pia is lying. Saloni says that Pia threatened to take extreme step and end her life. Nahar says we are there to stop her.
Pia Room
Pia crying tells Saloni she is sorry as she proved her liar & the wrong one in front of all. I was scared and got tongue tied in front of Bhaisa. Saloni consoles her and tells her no need for sorry. Pia tells her that she has decided that if she is forced to marry Sumer Singh then she will kill herself. Saloni tells her that not to kill yourself and this is not the way to solve problems and she shd not cause fly disrepute by her actions. Trust me and try again. If you love Sridhar truly then you have to say this in front of Bhaisa.
Brijesh Living Room
Saloni sees Sridhar at the door and tells him to go away. Sridhar tells her that he was worried for Pia as wasn't taking his call. Saloni tells him Pia is fine but he must leave now. Urvashi sees and quickly goes inside.
Brijesh calls Sridhar inside and tells him to sit. He then calls up Ranjit Singh and requests him that the engagement of Sumer and Pia be held tomorrow. Its fixed. Brijesh tells Sridhar that he is also invited but as Sridhar is abt to speak he censures that it was my father's last wish and Pia's marriage is fixed. You better leave and never come here again. Sridhar leaves and Brijesh informs this matter shd remain within home.
Brijesh Home
Brijesh fuming tells Tara that I care abt Pia & why do they not understand? I am not deliberately hurting Pia. Tara tells him that don't worry you are doing your duty as a brother and Pia is incapable of distinguish betn right or wrong. Brijesh says its abt values and Pia wld be happy in Ranjit Singh's fly. Saloni comes and says that Pia is unhappy becoz sh eloves someone else and that's why she is against the marriage. You are getting her married against her wishes. Tara rebukes Saloni that you mean to say we are committing crime? Brijesh's decn is wrong? We know what's good for Pia. Saloni says Sridhar truly loves Pia and he belongs to a good fly. Tara replies Babasaheb must have seen something in this 'Rista' and decided it. After him Brijesh is the head and his decn is final.
Nahar Room
Brijesh asks Nahar to bring the 'Pagri' and takes it back. Nahar hurt tries to explain but Brijesh reprimands him that it was his mistake to make him in command of Pia's marriage. Its good that he realized it soon and he is incapable of such responsibility. Nahar requests him to look at it from Pia's perspective. Brijesh respond he has seen from everyone's perspective and he had given Saloni-Nahar a chance to earn "punya" (good deed) but they are irresponsible and now he will handle it.
Pia's room
Saloni consoles Pia to trust 'Matarani' and she will help. Pia tells her that tom is engagement and no one will help. My dreams will never be fulfilled. Brijesh Bhaisa will never accept Sridhar. I am sister and as obstinate as him so I swear today that I will die instead of marrying Sumer. Pia leaves and Saloni ponders that what is this dilemma I am in one side is Pia's wish and other is fly's obstinacy. There must be a way in betn.
Passage
Pia calls Sridhar and informs him that she has decided against marrying Sumer and wld die before that. She asks him whether he loves her then he must act now. She then tells him of her plan.
Dining Area
Brijesh says all preparations for engagement are done. He then sees Pia missing so he serves in a plate and goes.
Pia Room
Brijesh tells Pia that he knows she cannot sleep without having food. How can you be angry with me? It's not my desire to go against your wishes. When you were young that time Babasaheb fixed this match. This was his last wish. I cannot forget that. Pia says that it was Baba's last wish and it's a ques of my life. Why are you slaying my hopes and desires? You are trying to uphold wishes of a dead person in lieu of my life. You are not bothered abt the person alive. Brijesh throws away the plate. I am trying to explain you and this what you have studied, learned and where are your values? How can you be so selfish? Pia says its my life and I cannot live without Sridhar. If Baba wld have been alive then he you wld have agreed. Brijesh says that Baba fixed this so this will happen. Pia says that wld Baba come and ask you that you did not care for his emotions? Had Baba been alive then he wld have wished for my happiness and not gone against them like you. Hearing this Brijesh slaps Pia đ˛ .
Tom: Urvashi complains to Brijesh that Saloni is hell bent on interfering and destroying fly honor. She is getting Pia-Sridhar married.
Star of the show: âď¸ Pia âď¸ for finally standing up against the forced marriage đ . The contentions against made sense and it's a difft choice betn the two may be that's why laws for righteousness. Brijesh is becoming unreasonable now and so is Urvashi's overdose of instigations. Tara is simply screeching đĄ . Aditi is a caricature and only Nahar-Saloni speak wonder why is she tongue tied! đ But it does not reduce the entertainment value! đ . I think soemhow the Directors are related to David Dhawan đ as both make their product fast paced with twists every now and then. đ
