Fight for wild card entry to 'SaReGaMaPa Challenge 2007' begins.
The talent hunt show 'SaReGaMaPa Challenge 2007' (Zee) is one where all youngsters above the age 18, blessed with a good voice want to be part of. Auditions were held by Esselworld Tonite in Mumbai and Ahmedabad recently to get a wild card entry to the show through its Festive Champ Event.
Director of SaReGaMaPa, Gajendrra Siingh introduced the 10 winners at the launch party of Esselworld Tonite. They will perform during the Navratras with previous SaReGaMaPa winners like Debojit, Himani, Sharib, Ujjaini, Shweta, Aiswarya, Banjyotsna and the little champs from the current series on Zee.
Commenting on this event, Jagat Verma, COO, Pan India Paryatan Ltd., said, "In SaReGaMaPa we found a perfect connect with the youthful and talented audience and hence at Esselworld we decided to create a platform for them to get a wild card entry into SaReGaMaPa Challenge 2007. Navratras is one of the most involving and engaging festivals especially in Mumbai and Gujarat that attracts largely young people from all walks of life."
The ten participants are Saket Bairoliya, Bhavin Dhanak, Saumya Srivastava, Prantika Mukherjee, Surabhi Dashputra, Tanya Gupta, Sumit Khatri, Sangeeta Sodhi, and Manish Karmchandaini. Eminent personalities -Shaan, Jatin-Lalit, Alka Yagnik, Ismail Darbar, Dabbu Malik, Shreya Ghosal, amongst others - from the music world will judge their performances and pick one winner.
