Hello every one, this is Mohammad Nazim whom you know as Ahem from Star Plus' show Saath Nibhana Saathiya.

To begin with, let me give you a brief about myself. Born and raised in Chandigarh, I belong to a conservative Muslim family that consists of mom, dad, four sisters and a brother.

I did both my schooling and college in commerce stream in Chandigarh.
Now a little about my career' To start with, let me confess that since when I was a kid, I wanted to become an actor. I always had a dream of having a good body and be a part of good movies. But to start my career, films was not the first step. So I did a lot of modeling, fashion shows and many Punjabi videos.

I also did photo shoots for Brunch magazine. May be after liking my pictures, one day, I got a call from the Star Plus Channel to come over to Delhi and give an audition for one of their upcoming shows. Accordingly, after going there I appeared for the audition. After a month of that I got a call to say that I have been selected to play a negative role in Shaurya aur Suhani. But unfortunately, the show ended in two months because of low TRPs. Later, I did Sony Entertainment Television'sCID and Aahat.

After giving many auditions, I again got a call from Star Plus to come down to Mumbai for audition for a forthcoming show of theirs. So I went there and through my auditions, got my first and ongoing show Saath Nibhana Saathiya as the lead actor.

Well all-in-all, my journey, till date, has been wonderful. I never knew the show will become the biggest show of the channel. Star has changed my life; whatever I am today, is all because of this show. And I owe this success to my mom. She has been very supportive of me and has prayed for me a lot. But to reach here, I have struggled a lot.

In future, I want to take up movies like Dabaang, Khiladi, Ghajini, Bodyguard, Rowdy Rathore and something where I can explore my talent in comedy, drama and action.

On the personal front, I am a very sporting person; like martial arts, kick boxing, horse riding etc. I also like dancing. In fact I was offered the last season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, but due to the channel's policy, couldn't do it.

Lastly, I would like to thank my fans for being so generous to me. Please correct me if at all I go wrong at any point of time in my life and career.
