Some friends of mine on the Forum have been telling me that I have a harsh attitude towards Jagya and am a bit heartless. 😭

So wanted to check the pulse of the members, some want to do bhangra , some are fed up with Jagya returning and creating tamasha, yet without him BV is a flop show.

Your vote and views please. Will really help gauge the mood.

if u talk abt Indian law, thn law ensure him jail😆 but if u talk abt humanitarian ground, thn he may be saved. This is matter of discussion😉

dear, to jail someone there must be enough evidence. Where is the proof that Jagya tampered the document ? His plain confession is not enough a proof. It may be deemed he is doing it to save shiv...😆

But since it is bhimsingh's computer, he can go to jail if law permits ...😆

I thought HALF the crimes that do not have evidence, people get indicted and arrested based on confession!

So now will he be going to jail or not is yet to be seen after he is presented to the judge.

So I do not think the arrest is wrong. It is rather correct and the police did its job.

I do not see where the law went wrong. If someone confesses its the job of the police to arrest as the see fit. If they are truly guilty or not, thats for the courts to decide.

As per what they showed in yesterday's precap, police entered shiv's house and said 'you are under arrest'

Unless it is an issue of some money scam or a bribe, no one would lodge a police complaint against a collector of a district.

Since it is neither some scam nor a bribe, shiv should have been first summoned for interrogation by the concerned authorities and given a chance to present himself. Why involve police?

Having said that, we are not yet told by the CVs what actually jagya did during those few minutes when bhimsingh went into shiv's cabin to get his signature. So lets see how they will unfold their story.😆
