I think as per law also: Indu is the daughter of her biological parents.(Rishi and Indira)
Swetha is just a surrogate mother.
Vaise se toh Janam dene wale se palne wale ko zyada mana gaya hai par i have read in a case on net where a child got missed in early age and he was brought up by a unknown guardian but when his actual parents finally found there child then he has to go with his biological parents.
