what will be actual law??

who is actual mother of indu??

the women who given birth and bought up indu for 8 years?/

or

the women who just conceived a child and gone missing for 8 years[ or died 8 years back only]??😆

Yahan par HD ka apna law chalta hai. Actual Law se logic nikalna matlab apna sar diwar mein phodna :D
I think as per law also: Indu is the daughter of her biological parents.(Rishi and Indira)
Swetha is just a surrogate mother.
Vaise se toh Janam dene wale se palne wale ko zyada mana gaya hai par i have read in a case on net where a child got missed in early age and he was brought up by a unknown guardian but when his actual parents finally found there child then he has to go with his biological parents.
