CHAPTER 6
Virat went downstairs and saw that Rey threw the vase down. Virat was really angry with Rey for hurting Taani. But he knew that he had to stay calm as Rey's anger was not decreasing and it would just cause problems
Virat sighed and made Rey sit on the couch. Rey broke down and hugged Virat
R- main bohot bura hoon virat! I always hurt people! Why am I like this!?
V- no Rey, tu bura nahi hai. Please calm down Rey
Virat said consoling him. Rey had calmed down and Virat thought that this is the right time to confront Rey about Taani
V- btw Rey, Taani ne tere saath aisa kya kiya??
Rey looked at virat confused
R- matlab?? She didn't do anything
Virat raised his eyebrows
V- kya tu sach mein bhool gaya ke tune taani ko kya kaha!?
Rey then realized
R- oh my god! Virat maine Taani ko bohot kuch kaha jo woh deserve nahi karti. Uss waqt main hosh mein nahi tha
V- lekin tune kya kaha usse??
Rey looked at Virat guilty
R- I...I called her a...
V- kya??
He asked concerned
R- I...I called her a...bloody...flirt
Virat's eyes widened
V- what!!?
He got angry with Rey and stood up
V- Rey how can u stoop so low yaar!?
Rey also stood up
R- I know main galat tha. I'm so stupid
Virat scoffed and folded his arms
V- yeah u got that right

Taani was crying on Maanvi's lap. And Maanvi was trying to console her
M- bas taani. Shant ho ja
T- aise kaise kar sakte hain woh??
M- Taani please stop crying
Taani tried to calm down
T- Maanvi, kya main...kya main sach mein ek flirt hoon??
Maanvi's eyes widened
M- kya?? Taani yeh tu kya keh rahi hai?? Kisne kaha ke tu flirt hai haan?? Pagal hai kya??
T- jiske peeche main paaglon ki tarha pari rehti thi, aaj usne hi mujhe flirt kaha, bloody flirt kaha!!
She started crying again
Maanvi was shocked
M to herself- Rey?? Bahar se bohot sweet lagta ho aur asal mein itne ghatia?? What a jerk!? Chorun gi nahi tumhe! Hw dare u!
T- maanvi
Maanvi snapped out of her thoughts
M- taani dnt worry main virat se baat karun gi
T- no Maanvi please virat se baat mat karna
Taani sighed
T- please can I be alone for some time??
Maanvi smiled
M- sure
She left the room...

Maanvi was about to go downstairs when she bumped into Rey
R- oh Maanvi hii
He smiled at her but Maanvi kept giving daggers. Rey got confused
R- er...Maanvi sab teek hai na?? Why r u looking at me like that??
M- aap kahan jaa rahe hain??
She asked pretending to be concerned
R- er...upper
Now she asked stiffly
M- kyun?? Kya kaam hai??
R- woh actually mujhe taani se kuch...
M- oyi Mr Reyansh Singhania
She pointed her finger at him. Rey stared at her with eyes widened
M- taani se milne ki koshish bhi mat karna! Jo tumne kaha hai wahi kaafi hai!
Rey realised that maanvi knew what he had said
R- dekho Maanvi Jo kuch bhu hua woh...
Maanvi got a text message from virat, it read:
"Maanvi let Rey go, tum neeche ao I need to talk to u. Look please Rey ko jaane do as a friend I'm requesting. Trust me kuch galat nahi hoga :)"
Maanvi sighed
Rey thought about asking her what happened but then he thought no way! She was already kill him with the daggers
Maanvi looked up at Rey
M- erm... Tum jaa sakte ho
With that she went downstairs. Rey stood there wondering what just happened
R to himself- pehle bohot manna karti hai aur ab khud hi keh rahi hai ke jao?? Weird. But she scares me yaar
Rey went upstairs...

Virat was walking back and forth waiting for Maanvi. Then he saw her coming
M- kya hai?? Kyun bulaya mujhe??
She asked frustratingly. Virat sighed
V- Maanvi I know ke tum nahi chahti thi ke Rey Taani se miley. But believe me usse apni galti ka ehsaas ho gaya hai
Maanvi scoffed and folded her arms
M- wah, pehle dil toro aur phir maafi maango. Wow! Kya style hai!
She said sarcastically
V- Maanvi please. Look main Rey ko bachpan se jaanta hoon. Woh aisa kabhi intentionally nahi karega. He's very nice believe me
Maanvi looked at him
M- sachi??
Virat smiled at her innocence
V- muchi
He went close to her, held her by the shoulders and loo into her eyes, she reflected the same
V- don't u trust me??
Maanvi was kinda surprised by his question but she gave her honest answer
M- yeh kaisa sawaal hai virat?? Ofcourse I trust u
Both smiled at each other...

Taani was lying on the bed when she felt a hand touch her shoulder
T- maanvi Maine kaha na ke...
She stopped when she saw it was not Maanvi but Rey
Taani was about to go out of the room
R- taani
She stopped but did not turn around. Rey walked towards her now in front of her
R- look taani Maine jo kaha I didn't mean it. Mujhe pata nahi kya ho gaya tha.
Taani looked at him
T- bas?? Keh diya jo kehna tha?? Ab aap jaa sakte hain
She said sternly
R- taani please listen to me
T- Rey! Aap sab ko control nahi kar sakte! I cnt believe ke main aap jaise pathar dil insaan ki fan thi!
Rey got angry. Taani was about to walk out when suddenly Rey slammed the door and pinned her against the wall
T- yeh kya kar rahe hain aap!? Choro mujhe!
R-keep quiet!
Now Taani was quiet. She listened to Rey
R- main tumse baat kar raha hoon, why can't u listen to me damn it!?
Taani got scared of his actions, she had tears in her eyes. Rey realized that he was scaring her. He slowly let go of her arms. He closed his eyes
R- sorry
Rey looked at Taani and cupped her face, looking into her eyes he said
R- I'm really sorry taani
Taani looked at him, then she put his hands down from her face
T- Rey I forgive u
Rey was happy
T- lekin I don't know agar main ab bhi apko utna respect karti hoon. Mujhe...I need time to think
Rey understood that she was deeply hurt. After all he was her favorite idol and he insulted her. She won't let it go that easily
R- I understand taani. Take all the time u want
He smiled at her and she returned a weak smile
V- Rey!
Virat called from downstairs,
V- jaldi se neeche aa!
Rey was confused and went downstairs along with Taani
R- kya hai Virat??
Rey saw Virat with a smirk on his face and Maanvi sitting on the couch who was also confused by Virat's behaviour
R- virat yaar bata na kya hai!?
V- koi special insaan aya hai tujhse milne
Rey was confused
R- special insaan?? Tu kiski baat kar raha hai??
Person- toh ab tum mujhe bhool gaye??
Rey turned around and saw who it was, his eyes widened when he saw her
R- tum yahan??
Person- kyun?? Nahi aa sakti kya??
Taani went over to maanvi
T- yeh kaun hai??
She whispered
M- pata nahi, lekin lagta hai ke rey isse bohot achi se jaanta hai
R- kaun ho tum?? Main tumhe nahi jaanta
The girl's eyes widened
Person- what did u say!!?? Mujhe nahi pehchaante tum!? Kaise insaan ho!?
Rey started laughing and hugged her
Maanvi and Taani were shocked to see them hugging.
T- rey ne uss larki ko...
M- friends honge taani chill
R- kaisi ho??
Person- main teek hoon. Tum??
R- perfect
V- acha! Toh ab mujhe bhool gayi?? Wah! Teek hai
Virat pretended to be cross with her. The girl came to virat
Person- aapko kaise bhool sakti hoon??
They hugged. Rey saw that the girls (Maanvi and Taani) were confused so he thought clear out everything
R- er...Maanvi Taani, yeh Sharon hai, my sister
He turned to Sharon
R- aur Sharon, yeh Maanvi aur Taani hain, Maanvi is bhabhi's sister and Taani is her bff
SH- hi
