Good and bad characters in serials

We should have all got a clue when Shefali faked her pregnancy that she had not changed. I wonder if the Writers had genuinely changed her or had this in the long term vision of their storyline. Honestly till now we have never seen the writers of serials sketch out their characters so far ahead. They change their behaviour to suit the storyline. Sometimes I think this is what it is.

The same can be said for Mansen... we are bound to see him change soon. This changing 360 degrees sounds too good to be true most times. At least with Mansen it was slow. But now... I wonder. The latest of course to turn over a new leaf is Vishaka. And the crazy gullible family just falls for it each time.

Honestly I wish they would write characters a little more true to life and still make a good story. We all have shades of good or bad. No one is one or the other. Can't they show nice people who sometimes behave badly or not so nice people who can do good things once in a while.

i agree w ya...but this is what indian drama is all about & we keep tuning into it. your right on shefali, but mansen for me anyways is a ?...sometimes think he will change or he's probably even w shefali on some of the evilness. but hope he's not. as for vish...hope she stays good b/c her jodi w keshav looks goood 😊 😛

i too agree..but kya kare...we viewers r hypocrites, we want to see something larger than life....its proved that when the storyline of a serial starts touching reality its TRP's rapidly fall...this is the reason why our saarrthi isnt on the top of the TRP list..its more closer to reality compared to the K serials...and its the same reason why the K serials always top the list, their larger than life characters, heavy dress-up even when out on a picnic ,heaven sent bahus and others..

agreed wid u all....yep its true that the serials shud have characters closer to life and reality.....

yep!! shefali became too sugary sweet just because bhumi supported her.....bhumi,the woman shefali hated the most......because of her shefali had amended her ways.....that was too much......

dunno about mansen but wid vishaka....she has learnt her lesson and she didnt start behaving nicly just because of bhumi or someone....it was because she herself realized that bhumi and arjun and keshav were right whereas she was wrong.....

She turned in to a new lwaf slowly and not like shefali.....

Plus i agree wid preeti.....yep the audiences want something more than the ordinary drama.....the over the top kinds u see

yeah all of u right.

But I'm sure that Mansen would be change beacuse in past he planed with mamaji that they will break up the relation of A+B in any cost.how can we forget that mansen is more strong and intelligent then shefali.If shefali can make the plan like why not Mansen.
