so sorry dear, couldnt update earlier, but better late than never! I REALLY APOLOGISE! something popped up at last minute so to compensate I have written an EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA long update, do check it out! and thanks for liking my story!

ETF OFFICE 9:00pm

Rathore: so team our new case! Dow lashain mili hain paas he kisi jungle mein, inki shakal bilkul bigar gahi hay aur abhi recognise nahi hoi, inkay paas koi ID nahi mili aur sab hamara wahan intazar kar rahein hain. Let's go team...

Everyone immediately proceed towards the door and got into their respected SUV (Arjun and Shree in one and Rathore and Chotu in another).

Arjun and Shree in SUV 9:40am

There was an unusual and awkward silence, neither Arjun knew anything about the latest gadget and neither did Shree know about "kya choot ra tha iss case mein". Both wanted to start a conversation because they both knew that they had hurt the others feelings in one way or the other. Well Shree being himself decided to think and act like Riya and maybe if he did this Arjun would feel better, Shree knew this would either go very well or they would find another dead body in the jungle.
'Shree imagines Arjun killing him' without thinking Shree let's out a girly scream

Shree: nahiii...!!!
Hearing this Arjun immediately halts the car and asks Shree what happened in a concerned voice. Shree thought this would be the right time to start a conversation

Shree: (acting like Riya)...umm...Arjun sir please mujhsay promise karein kay app mujhay marein ghay nahi!

Arjun: shree..yah tum kya bakwaas kar rahay ho? Tumhay ho kya gaya hay?

Shree:sir pehlay promise karein!

Arjun: ...Acha nahi marown gha...abb bolo kya baat hay?

Shree: ACTUALLY sir, ankroon kay hisaab say, agar kisi ka murder hota hay toh 87% cases mein victim ki ID usay lahli jati hay!
After listening to this Arjun was lost for words, he was absolutely stunned, did Shree just do what he thought he did...Arjun and Shree had a awkward stare...don't know if it could be considered an Ariya (ill leave that up to you) suddenly the Arjun and Shree burst out laughing while tearing up, this had indeed cheered both of them up but they knew that they could get genuine statistics from their dimpled doll. Arjun then received a call from Chotu and was told that Rathore and him are stuck in traffic so might be a little late.

In the jungle 10:30am

Arjun and Shree were examining the body, shree was busy with his camera taking as many pictures as possible for any evidence and Arjun was as usual carrying out his own investigation.
Shree: sir, yah dikiyah, inn downo kay haat mein knife hay, shahid inn mein behss ho gahi hoo aur innownay eik dusray ko maar diya. Without even waiting for a split second Arjun gave Shree a confident and final statement.

Arjun: nahi Shree, not possible

Shree: par kyun sir?
Arjun made his way between the two bodies and started to walk between them in a calculus way, Shree was observing this and was wondering if Arjun was actually doing something or had he completely lost it...Arjun noticed Shree's oblivious look and started to explain.

Arjun: shree yah downo bodies eik dusrau say takreeban 10 foot dor hain aur agar inn downo nah eik dusray ko maara hota toh inki lashein eik dusray kay paas hotein kyun kay jasay he eik nay attack kiya hota face paar tow dusray ko dikha kasay kay usay kahan aur kasay maarna hay, issiliy iss kay chances bohot kaam hain, abb samjhay ya...samjahow? Arjun said with his killing attitude (drool moment)! Shree was indeed impressed and was sure he would have got a 'I-told-you-he-is-the-best-look' from Riya and he missed that terribly.

Rathore and Chotu arrive 11:00am

Rathore: sorry for the delay guys, Shree give me the latest update.
Shree gave Chotu and Rathore the latest update and then the investigation carried on! Suddenly Arjun called out

Arjun: RATHORE, mujhay inki forensic report chahiya ASAP, mujhay shak hay kay iss case mein drugs involved hain.

Rathore: Tum sure kaisay ho saktay ho Raute?

Arjun: Yah dhikho Rathore!

Rathore was shocked at what he saw, it was a syringe and was completely empty but specks were lift inside and being the super cop Arjun is, he concluded that it was Benzodiazepines.

Arjun: Mujhay lagta hay kay, yahan say bhajtay wakat, criminal say yah gir jaya ho gha.

Rathore: Yah case utna simple nahi hay jitna dikhta hay...

Just the Rathore received a phone call, it was an unknown number, Chotu had Rathore's phone as Rathore was driving in the car.

Chotu: Rathore Sir, app ko call aa rahi hay...

Rathore was busy talking to the local police and asked Arjun to receive it.

Rathore: Raute koun hay zara dhekna...
Arjun took the phone as told and answered the phone.

Arjun: ACP Arjun Raute here... And before he could continue he felt a weird feeling pierce his heart, it felt like he had was talking to someone, someone who was around here, someone he knew...could it be...no it can't, but before Arjun could say anything else the caller cut the call.
Rathore: koun tha Raute...

Arjun: ...Pata...pata nahi Arjun said as he stared as the screen, it was an unknown number!

Rathore: RAUTE! NUMBER CHECK KAR KAY BATAOW, YAH YEH MEIN SAMJHOWN!

Arjun: U..Unknown number..As soon as these words came out of Arjun's mouth Rathore yanked the phone out of Arjun's hand and made sure it was off.

Rathore: KYA KAHA USNAY! TUMNAY...TUM JANTAY HO KOUN THA!

Arjun: nahi.. Arjun was noticing all this and found it weird how Rathore was over-reacting about a phone call by...an unknown number.

Rathore went away saying he had to do some personal investigation and after coming back announced that they had to leave the premises immediately.

Arjun: Par Rathore..humari investigation abhi pouri nahi hoi hay

Rathore: ITS AN ORDER RAUTE, NOW MOVE!

Again everyone got into the SUV in the same pairing (Arjun and Shree in one SUV and Rathore and Chotu in one).

Rathore and Chotu were already half way there when Shree realised that he had left his iPad at the crime scene.

Shree and Arjun in the SUV 3:00pm

Shree: sir, mein apna gadget site pay he bohl gaya hoon, please can we go back. Shree said as if he was about to cry and Arjun although had a tough cover, gave into Shree's demand and turned the car back around.

Shree; sir, Rathore sir ko batna hay?

Arjun: Shree, tumhay apna iPad chahiya hay?

Shree: YES SIR, he replied with any hestitation

Arjun: phir apna dimaag chalana band karo

Shree gave in and kept quite because he knew that he HAD to have his gadget back, without it he was just a lonely and incomplete person.

Jungle-Crime Site 4:00pm

Arjun and Shree reached the site and Shree went to get his iPad from where he had left it, while Arjun waited in the car. It was nearly dark now so Arjun didn't expect what he saw. He saw a girl walking out of the jungle looking for a taxi, Arjun didn't pay much attention until he heard the voice! Arjun's head swiftly turned towards the figure and he couldn't believe what he saw, was God playing games with him again! NO he thought, he had to act fast otherwise he would lose her again, lose his hope again!

Arjun: RIYA! He shouted as he got out the car, the figure heard him, he knew it, it had the same posture that he remembered Riya having every time; he called her name, IT HAD TO BE HER!

She swiftly turned and he him!

The girl: SHIT she thought, she had to do something and that to fast, she knew this man very well, and had to think two steps ahead of him, but Arjun being the super cop he was he could even see in the dark that what she was going for, he could see her delicate feet taking tiny steps back, she was going to run...Arjun started proceeding to her faster now and before he knew it, this was a cat and dog game again.

Arjun:..Riya...RIYA WAIT!

The girl started to run without thinking, she kept looking back every second to check if the distance between them had increased but it hadn't Arjun was running, sprinting, he was going to catch up.

Arjun: RIYA...RIYA PLEASE STOP!!! But the girl wouldn't stop, she kept running, she had to get away but Arjun was letting her, but destiny had different plans for Arjun, as Arjun was running he didn't see a pile of old bricks in the corner all he could see was his goal! And before he knew it, he collided with the bricks and tripped over and feel on the ground!

Arjun: UHHH... Hearing Arjun scream, the girl turned around and was about to come back but stopped herself, she had to keep her prorities straight for now, she had no other choice!

Arjun: ...Riya...Riya please...please don't go... But she had to!

Arjun got himself up although he was in immense pain and was just about to start running again when...

Shree: Arjun Sir!!! Arjun heard Shree calling him from behind and decided to tell Shree to help him catch his...RIYA!

Arjun: ...Shree...Shree..iss ladki ko pakro! QUICK! But Shree wasn't moving he was trying to examine the place by the looks of it.

Arjun: SHREE DHEK KYA RAHAY HO, CHALO! Saying this Arjun turned around and realised why Shree wasn't moving...there was...there was no one there! Arjun wanted to let out a loud scream, he couldn't endure the frustration anymore! HE NEARLY HAD HER, HE COULD HAVE CAUGHT HER!

Shree: sir..app..theek toh hain?

Arjun:...Shree...Shree..RIYA...
