He's Amazing ~ Part 3

As Khushi and Lavanya opened the door to their dormitories common room, Sia jumped to her feet and pulled Khushi into the room and shut the door behind her.

"Now tell me, why did Mr Hottie, keep YOU behind?"

"Sia! Mind your own business! What's it to you if Mr Raizada kept Khushi behind."

"Shut up Lavanya. This has nothing to do with you! So tell me Khushi, why are you clocking the new teacher? Wasn't being dumped by Nikhil enough for you?"

With that Khushi bolted up the stairs and into hers and Lavanya's shared bedroom. She shut the door and leaned against it and then her tears started pouring out. Once she had pulled herself together she looked at her phone and then dialled someone's number.

"Hello?"

"It's Khushi."

"Oh, Khushi! How come you're calling?"

"I miss you."

"Khushi..."

"Don't, please. I know you ended things with us, but I still have feelings for you."

"Khushi, you know it, it wasn't working with us. You believe in marriage and frankly I don't. Khushi it's not just that, you know what our problems were."
"Nikhil, I know. But I still think it could work with us."

"Khushi we're not in high school any more. We're not kids. If you want to be with me, you're going to have to be prepared to sleep with me. And frankly Khushi you know that isn't going to happen. We were together over a year and you wouldn't let me kiss you. Khushi I'm sorry, it isn't going to work."

"Nikhil, I..."

"Save it Khushi. We were doing fine. We were in the same university but we hadn't seen or spoken for months now. Why are you making it hard for yourself Khushi? Move on! I'm sure you'll find someone, someone who'll believe in marriage, someone who you'll be prepared to kiss, someone you'll be prepared to touch. Khushi you think that someone's me, but it isn't. Babe, look if we can, I want us to be friends, but I've moved on. You have to as well."

"I'm sorry. I understand. Yeah, I'd like us to be friends."

"I would to."

"Goodbye Nikhil."

And with that Khushi disconnected the call. Throwing her phone onto the bed, she fell after it. Just then Lavanya walked in, her face flushed with anger.

"God Khushi, you should have seen what I said to her. She ain't gonna trouble you again, I promise."

Khushi looked up with a weak smile and turned away again.

"Khushi? What's the matter?"

Lavanya sat down next to her and Khushi wrapped her arms around her.

"He dumped me all over again!"

"Oh Khushi! Why did you call him?"

"I was missing him."

"Babe, you have to get over him. It's for your own benefit. He isn't worth it Khushi. He's scum. He's the kind of guy that would go for Sia. He just wants to use a girl."

"I know, but I loved him."

"Khushi I promise you, you will find some. Who will love you."
"But what if he leaves me?"

"If he's got sense, then he won't."

"I'm scared; I've lost everyone I loved. I only have you, aunty and uncle."

"And you'll always have us. But we will find you someone. A guy. Who'll love you! That's my promise to you!"

Loved it...feeling bad for her...hope Arnav starts wooing her!
