80% viewars real n reel mein farak bhul jate ha thats why charecter ka effect actor's per bhalai na ho lekin unke image pe jarur hota ha.

to some extented reel will effect real but now a days people became mature enough to differentiate real and reel... still small impact will be there on actors depending on their characters they play...

there are some circumstances where house wifes who wonot come to our the forum may mix up the real and reel.. which results in the hatred for the actor... that is the reason i am so afraid of Rati and her Zara character which is really getting degraded with this extra martial affair track.

even in the forum I have seen few instances, some % people really forget real and reel and mixed mrunal and Sameer once bashed mrunal instead of sameer 😕 😆 (this is one of the example 😉)

in overall my answer is YES, impact will be there on the actors depending on their characters

Nupur n Indira k charecter ka bohat positive effects Rati di k image mein bhi padha ha 60% viewars r still recognaise her as nupur

zara and rishi both are degraded characters now but rati and sumit are just fulfilling

their duty as artists 😕

no body can change rati sumit image rati in particular because she is too popular

since sumit is new it can affect his image for sure

infact if we hate their characters that means as a actors they are sucessful doing their job perfectly its cvc fault ph fault of destroying leads
