he looked so cute in Kammal with short hair... and he looks absolutely Yuck with that sloppy hair in KYPH as well as in Kasshish... except that in KYPH, he'z always to be seen in suits...

I agree his hair is what makes him look different. I do not like him as much in KYPH as I do here. I have not watches Kammal so cannot comment on that

ya same here...........who was he in Kammal? 😕 I don't watch KYPH. Just can't digest any of Ekta's recepies 😉 ............hehe. But i like him in Kasshish.

Hey guys...

if you all remember, Kammal was the story of this girl, who is brought up by three women, a beer bar manager, and two beer bar dancers.

She falls in love with a guy called Manav (played by Sandip Baswana).

Apart from his dad (Played by the balaji regular, he plays Jai Singh aka mamaji in K. Street Pali Hill) and mom Deba (Played by Jaya Bhattacharya... for people who do not recognize the name, that'd be Payal from Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, for you!), Manav stays in a joint family with his younger brother played by Prashanth Bhat(who used to be the creative director for most balaji teles, and who used to play Rano's elder brother in Kalash), elder brother Samay (Played by Ronit Roy), bhabhi (Played by the lady who played Anu in Kutumb... She also acts in Qayamat on DD1...).

Manav's dad wants Manav to marry his friend's (Played by the Actor Prithvi, who was the lead in the Divya Bharathi Movie 'Dil Ka Kya Kasoor') daughter Anita(Played by Ashlesha aka Teesha in Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu thi).

Kammal and Manav get married and eventually get separated... Manav meanwhile marries Anita. And during this time, they get to know that Kammal is actually the daughter of a business woman Naina played initially by Neena Kulkarni (Baisa of Saarrthi) and later by Zarina Wahab. She has a best friend in a lawyer played by Sumukhi Pendse (She played Ayesha Mahadevan, Somesh Mahadevan's wife in Shanthi)

Sumukhi Pendse has a son called Aman (Played the guy who plays Karan in Kasshish and Karthick in KYPH). Zarina Wahab has two daughters and a son... the eldest daughter is again a balaji regular... she played Roohi in KKusum and is currently to be seen in KZK as Sampita... the son was played by Amit (I forgot his surname... he plays Vishwamitra Kelkar in Hotel Kingston) and the youngest daughter played the doctor in Miit.

The youngest daughter is in love with Aman but aman loves Kammal, and anita manipulates the situation in front of manav and this youngest daughter so that they misunderstand kammal.

This lady will be the wife of Prithvi and will divorce him for some reason. He gets custody of the baby coz he is rich and manipulates it so. But once he is gonna get married, he wants to get rid of the child so he asks his friend i.e., Manav's dad to put the baby in an orphanage... but Manav's dad decides to kill the baby instead and while the guy is trying to kill the baby, the three women scare him off and take the baby with them.

So Kammal turns out to be Anita's sister in the end... Anita divorces Manav saying she ruined her own sister's life... Zarina wahab asks kammal to stay with her... but kammal disagrees and goes with her three mothers. She also says that Aman is, was and always will be her best friend... and more in future...

or something like that!
