Why AAP?

Why is Pankhuri still using Aap to address Aditya? They are married and better yet they are best friends! Adi calls her Tu but she keeps saying Aap... this is so strange. The only woman I know who addressed her husband in formal terms (Aap) is my grandmother! Do any of you use AAP to address your husbands or your best friends? Avantika uses Tum on Harish which is very natural.

Yeah I noticed that too. I think for the sake of respect, Pankhudi is being the "ideal" wife who practices the ideals of a typical Indian wife. Even my Mum calls my Dad tum haha. I hope we get to see Adi being all cute and saying "you don't have to call me aap, you make me sound like a budda!"😆

ya,i like him at d initial daz nt now..bt y i fix his pic as my dp.,his name and my name r same,so its easy to identify.bt last week i change my pic as virat...bt its still shivam displaying?

Anu... how many Indian wives really call their husband by Aap? Do you? Yes... I hope Pakhuri will change that...

"Aap' ...? nope...My mother tongue s not hindi...But Indian wives call hubbies with respect I tthnk...I cal my hubby 'chettan'...its sumwat like 'ji' in hindi...But nowadays almost all call hubby's their name
