I just thought I'd put my opinion out there and see what other people think.

I don't know about anyone else but I like the actors playing the characters in RJN, i mean yes I do like aniruddh and Pooja but I like them as Indu Singh and Sanchi more. Yes I do like aniruddh and Poojas acting but tbh the reason why I was hooked and have liked this show is Indu and Sanchi and the way there characters have been written. Seeing Indu and his attitude and his andaaz hooked me straight away.

And now that RJN is ending in sad and I've seen some people keep saying that you'll see them in another role as a way of cheering you up about RJN ending and just in general just talking about Aniruddh and seeing him in a new role and it got me thinking and I don't know about anyone else that makes me feel sadder because it's like If I ever watch aniruddh or poojass new show it'll make me feel even worse because in my eyes those new characters they'll play will never live up to Indu Singh or Sanchi, those new romantic love story's they'll have will never live up to Insas.

I don't know whether I'll be able to watch there shows and see them having romantic scenes with other actors because it'll feel wrong in my eyes because, because of there amazing acting I can only see them as Indu and Sanchi, two people who are made for each other.

I'm so convinced by aniruddhs acting that forever for me it's like he's Indu Singh, the guy who wears Kurtas and is bold and brash and is in love with Sanchi. Its like Indus got a unique way of talking and acting and seeing him act normal or different to indu will feel odd and saddening for me.

For me Pooja and Anirrudh will always be Indu Singh and Sanchi Mathur Singh...

Yep I agree AD is an amazing actor and indeed he'll be great in his next role but it's like how will any character he ever goes on to play ever live up to Indu Singh. In my eyes no matter how good of an actor he is any character he goes on to play will fall short in comparison.

You are right Maria... IT IS VERY VERY VERY difficult to replicate a character like Indu Singh...no matter who says what... Indu Singh is unique and AD was very fortunate to have been offered such a role (even he's attested to it!)...

INDU SINGH made RJN... AD made INDU SINGH and I don't think there are two ways about it...😛

There might be many Sanchies in today's TV daughters/bahus... but Indu Singh is one of a kind...

Obviously their love story is unique in that a brash ruffian managed to woo a self-righteous traditional college topper! Every love story has its own USP and this is the USP of this love story! 😳

And yes, we'd get to see AD in other roles and other unique roles too...but you're right in saying that none of them would be an 'Indu Singh' (if he does so again, then it'll be repetitive and he'd be typecasting since Lakhan from Phulwa was also a greyshaded guy from UP)

Hence, 'Indu Singh' better be left as a good memory that we can visit through YT videos whenever we want to...
We'll miss you Indu😭

Agreed 100%
Maria, Aniruddh made the character Indu Singh. Its his style...so for me...its Aniruddh all the way coz he made Indu Singh come alive on screen. Sorry don't mean to douse your sentiments in cold water!!
In my opinion, don't think any actor would have been able to bring Indu to life.

Exactly same 2 same maria...i like my indu more than AD...for me he will b only the one and only indu singh. No nothing...just indu singh...i fell in love with him the moment i firstly saw him in RJN.

Disgusting SP. I will keep mailing them to show how much i love RJN...i will not easily accept the fact that RJN is ending.

I agree with what you said Maria!
I had never heard of either PS or AD before watching RJN..so like you, I became a fan of INSA before becoming a fan of AD. So I have learned to associate them as Indu Singh and Sanchi Mathur and no one other.
Indu Singh is such a unique character and INSA love story is also so different that I get what you mean. It's these characters that we are going to miss. We are not saying goodbye to AD or PS but to Indu Singh and Sanchi, which makes it harder.
AD or PS we can always see again whilst the story of Indu and Sanchi will have to stop here 😔 so yeah it's going to be hard even not seeing them act together anymore...
But you know what, I think because the news of the show ending is still so fresh, it's hard to imagine watching them as anybody else..But maybe in a few months time, you might see yourself enjoying AD in a new role..I'm sure he will be able to convince us of any other new character.. and we will be able to enjoy him in another role knowing that Indu Singh will always have a special place in our hearts :)
