Shirin's OTT reaction...

The way Shirin acted today, makes me question whether she is really innocent or she isn't mentally stable. The way she was questioning Rashid, basically repeating everything she was poisoned about by her Bhabhi. I understand seeing your husband meet his ex-wife after 17 years does hurt and make you question things but purely as seen Rashid was there only because of Asad. And the overacting when she was crying at night. Is it the overacting of the actress that makes the portrayal of character so odd. In my opinion her reaction was way OTT.

I think that's how the character of Shirin is! She is kinda dumb or extremely innocent, whatever you wanna say. Whereas, her bhai and bhabhi are extremely shrewd, cunning and sharp. It's an imbalance though, but may be that's why it's too easy for them to mold Shirin in their way. The question is what bait did Rashid fell for so as to marry her?!

iguess that her character is all about becasue the very next day she was normal with her husband and was all ok. she did not even remembered that she had a fought with him.
we can say as she said that she is second wife unless that bhabi poised her thoughts.

so i guess she is not stable LOL

She is stupid and that's her character. I dunno if its intentional or no but it adds a funny angle to the otherwise serious mood atm.

Yeah it does add the funny angle, but doesn't it also ruin the character...As a wife i can see her reacting to Rishad meeting Dilshad but not this OTT...somewhere she should question her relationship, question Rishad as to where this one meeting after 17 years will hurt their relationship...the topic is serious, so i kinda didn't like the funny BG they added...
