Actually the phase this serial is going through I am not keen on writing any post
Nor do I feel like defending any character as both are killed
But then when it is an issue of right versus wrong, it goes beyond the serial for me
People are on Khushi's case
How can she distrust her husband
How can she investigate?
How can she stoop so low?
And then comparisons with ASR's actions are coming up
Was he wrong?
Why was he crucified then?
Why not Khushi now?
My answers
Khushi distrusts true
But what does she do?
She investigates to find the truth
What did Arnav do?
He nailed her then and there
She disbelieves
She makes herself miserable
Arnav called her characterless and pulled in her dead parents
Khushi adopts unfair means to do the investigation
She stoops low enough to read diaries of others
And sneak into an office
Wrong
Very wrong
But not for a moment did she take out her jealousy or anger on Arnav
What did Arnav do?
Blamed her without a benefit of doubt
Dragged her to the temple
Married her
And subjected her to months of torture without telling her the reason
So, I conclude Khushi is wrong in distrusting
But the wrong is only hurting her and she makes mistakes that harm no one only morality. With a child who looks and act like her husband, with a husband who confessed to a fling, she has reasons.
She is at least trying to find the truth
Arnav was wrong in distrusting her
But his wrong resulted in hurt, pain and humiliation for Khushi
And he never even made the efforts to try and find the truth
Neither did he believe her when she begged himShe had to give the proof of her love by even trying to die for him
Arnav just gave her explanations and reassurance and finally anger
So, you see
Where is the comparison?
Khushi's mistakes cannot be compared at all
Both their mistakes are different
But if there is a comparison, Arnav loses hands down
PS: If you ask me the past is over. But when people are comparing Khushi's deeds and crucifying her
