Prime Video and Maddock Films have joined hands once again, and this time the collaboration is bigger than ever. In a new multi-year deal announced today, Prime Video has secured worldwide exclusive post-theatrical streaming rights for eight of Maddock’s most awaited films. From highly anticipated romantic dramas to sequels of cult favourites and entries in Maddock’s much-loved horror-comedy universe, the line-up has already set fans buzzing with excitement.

Param Sundari on Prime

Among the first to arrive is Param Sundari, a romantic drama starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor. The film is slated for a theatrical release on 29th August 2025 and will later stream on Prime Video across 240+ countries. With its star power and promise of a fresh love story, Param Sundari is already being pegged as one of the biggest Bollywood releases this year.

The horror-comedy universe expands with Thama

Maddock’s horror-comedy universe, which delivered massive hits like Stree and Stree 2, now gears up for its next chapter with Thama. The film starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles is part of the same spooky-yet-hilarious world that fans have adored for years. Two more titles in this universe are also lined up, though the makers are keeping details under wraps for now.
